HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT order from this place. I placed an order a week in advanced, receive the conformation and the payment was debited from my account but didnt receive my order or any reason why it wasnt delivered. Every attempt to contact them went unanswered actually I was hung up on each time. But Im not the type of consumer that sit back to be f&%#$, no one has over 100 dollars to just throw away. So inform Brenda Rodriguez the owner of this ghetto establishment that taking money for a service and not providing it is misdemeanor theft and you will be hearing from me again.

Ordered flower for next day delivery and received an email that flowers were delivered on the day I ordered. Told them no it was for the next day and they said it was an error but later in the day I received another email telling me they were delivered (they werent). They were delivered on the right day but the driver left them at the back gate and my mother didnt see them until the next day. Why would someone leave flowers on the ground by the gate and not with a neighbor? Very frustrating and will not use them again.

The Orchid Florist has been great. We placed a large order of 5 to be shipped to multiple locations of businesses my firm works with all around Houston and theyve been wonderful. The clients have all commented on how lovely the Orchids were and when one of them had some address issues, they worked through a long process to help us track them down and reroute it several days later. Theyve been courteous and a great business to work with. I hope we get to work with them on something soon.

I wanted a no hassle and easy to send flowers to my mothers work for her birthday. Knowing NOTHING about flowers, all products were easily categorized by occasion online and the process was simple and maybe took me 5 minutes to pick out the one I wanted to send her and enter my information. I never worried about delivery (they send you an email receipt upon delivery) and the flowers looked like the ones I chose. Thanks for your service! I appreciate it!

0 Stars - By far the worst flowers I have ever seen, I ordered from telaflora. Did not get the Bronze mirror vase I got a jar filled with yellow water that looked like urine. Bouquet was supose to be one sided and 15" tall by 15" wide. Came 12" high and less than 12" wide. I would have done better to spend $20 at the grocery store and arranged my own. I cant say enough Bad things about this experience

They are complete frauds. They were fast to charge & never delivered. Even sent an email stating i received it when i DID NOT. & I called to verify 5 HOURS prior to. Ruthless liars!! You would think charging $55 for 2 roses was bad enough! Beware of their scams!

I asked for pink and yellow roses in a vase and thats what I got in such a beautiful fashion to boot! I ordered over the phone and the people were very nice. My order was ready when I arrived. Thanks yall!
