NO STARS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE FRAUDS. I placed an order for a Mothers Day Bouquet a WEEK in advance (4/28) and paid the extra delivery fee in order to insure the flowers would be delivered the Saturday before Mothers Day (5/7). Saturday night comes and it is 8:00pm and there have been no flowers delivered. I called Customer Service and asked where the delivery was. The Customer Service Rep assured me that the local florist was just running behind and my order would be delivered within the hour. Sunday and still no delivery. I call Customer Service, again, and again I am told that the local florist was overwhelmed with orders and they are so sorry for the inconvenience. I am told that the local florist will be calling me personally to arrange a delivery for Monday (5/9). I received a call from the local florist this morning at 9:00am. The florist sound highly upset and proceeds to tell me there is NO delivery scheduled for my order. The florist then explains that the price of my order did not meet their minimum pricing standards and the florist rejected my order and informed 1-800 Flowers of this on 4/29. THE DAY AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER. The florist even went so far as to send me my order status from their computer system and it clearly shows the correspondence with 1-800 Flowers and how my order was rejected and would not be placed. SO - for an entire week this company KNEW my order was not going to be fulfilled. They made no attempt to contact me in any way to explain the situation and/or offer a solution. When I called Customer Service a third time this morning, I received more of the run-around. I was told that 1-800 Flowers was so sorry for any inconvenience and they would contact the florist (who I had already spoken to!) and would try to resolve the delivery issue. When I explained that I had already spoken to the local florist and knew the whole story I was met with silence. It wasnt until I demanded a refund or to speak to a manager that Customer Service did anything. I was told I would be given a full refund for my order. That an email would be sent in 24 hours showing my refund in full. This is completely unprofessional and fraudulent. These people are con artists - do not use them! If you want to gift someone with flowers, find a local florist in your area and order through them directly.

My experience with 1-800 flowers was a nightmare; literally the worst experience and company I have ever worked with. After ordering online, I was told that I would be notified when my item was delivered. By the end of the day I still had not been notified. After calling, I was told there was a glitch in the system, they had NOT received the message until the day of, regardless of the email confirmation saying it was received. I received NO CALL telling me this. I was then told on my moms special day, her birthday, at the end of the day that it would not be delivered. I rushed across town after I got off of work in 5 Oclock traffic, to buy all of the items and rushed to my Moms job 1 hour before closing to do what I paid 1800 Flowers $92 to do. THE WORST SERVICE OF MY LIFE. I will never again even think about using this company and will advise anyone I know against using this service. I will write review to share this experience.

TERRIBLE company! I have never used them before and will never use them again. My good friends baby passed away and I wanted to have flowers the day it happened so I ordered same day delivery. I got a call not even 3 minutes laylter saying they couldnt do it and I told them I paid for same day delivery. They called me back and said it was delivered. And now two days later I get a call and they asked me about the mailing address (because they never delivered) so I demanded they give me a full refund and they pretended they couldnt understand me! I was finally able to talk to a supervisor and she pretended to not understand me either! So I will see if they actually refund me in "six days".

So after reading horrible reviews about this website I was very woried about using it. BUT everything worked out perfect! Thank yall so much. Having my girlfriend be so far away at the moment it was nice to be able to surprise her. And I love how most of the flowers were still in bud form so that they last longer. She has sent me pictures everyday since receiving them and they get prettier everyday. Thank you 1800Flowers, I will definitely be using this website more.

I ordered flowers on a Friday to be delivered on a Monday. They were not received by Monday so I called to see what was going on with them on Tuesday. The person I spoke with apologized and guaranteed that they would be delivered the next day. Well.... Friday rolled around and still no flowers!! I had them refund my money which they said would take 5-10 business days to be back on my card. I would never recommend using this company!

My wife ordered me a gift, and paid extra for fast delivery. Not only was delivery late, but my order was incomplete and their customer support pretty much told her "our word against yours" when she reported the missing items, then hung up on her. Awful experience. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. There are plenty of other florists to choose from.

Paid extra to have them delivered the same day. No online update, despite the confirmation email having a tracking number. Id possibly forgive this as being a one-time mistake since it was the same day, but reading the other reviews, its obvious this is a continous issue for this location. Utterly unprofessional.

Ordered flowers which didnt get delivered because they didnt have the same vase I had originally requested and nobody told me anything. I had to find out from the recipient that they never received anything. Im sure this doesnt always happen but not worth the risk if you care.

Please Do not BUY from them WORST EXPERIENCE! Lie after Lie. Would not want anyone going through the inconvenience of having to deal with customer service and all the lies they say. Can never get their story right. DO NOT ORDER from them ! Highly disappointed

I will never ever use this place ever again for anything. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone either its a waste of time and money. Dont listen to any advertisements, they overreact about how good the service is when in reality its really not.

Very Very mad mega con artist they do NOT deliver what you order i ordered 12 RED daisies for my girl and they sent 2 peach colored daisies! the sad thing is my brother had the same problem! NEVER USING THEM AGAIN
