I received a wonderful arrangement from this establishment. The flowers were fresh and lasted for quite sometime, so I was able to enjoy them for quite a while. The owner, Brandt, was so courteous and caring to my liking of particular flowers, such a great person. I definitely received what I wanted, I will definitely request my future flower arrangements to be purchased from Flowers of Tomball. :-)

My first time using them and do not recommend them. They seem nice people but far from deserving 5 star service. There are quite a few others that provide great service, a quality product and are responsive. Had dead flowers after a day. I had to keep contacting them to get a replacement. Overall unimpressive customer service - it felt that I was imposing on them. Thats not even 3 star.

Repeat customer because of the excellent customer service. As a confused husband they are my go to problem solvers and I always come away looking like the hero. They treat me like a person and help me work to get the right arrangement delivered at the right time.
