I am a last minute person when it comes to pretty much everything. I was able to call Cornelius Florist for same day delivery without any issues for a particular time frame. I told the person my budget, color scheme, and they were for my mom. I let them work their magic. Since I currently reside in Massachusetts, I also asked if I may receive a picture of the arrangement when it was completed prior to delivery. When I received the pictures from Cornelius Florist, I was speechless with their floral arrangements. My mother said it was also the most beautiful arrangement with all her favorite fall colors. The fragrance of the flowers spread all over the house. All I can say is Thank You, Thank You, Thank You. Absolutely stunning work. The quality you get here is amazing and the flowers are stunning. Highly recommend!

Ordered a $70 arrangement to be delivered to my wife at work along with a box of chocolates. Arrangement arrived fast yet wasnt to my satisfaction as I ordered the arrangement that should be very full as displayed in the picture. It looked very bare and lacked color along with no box of chocolates. I called Pablo to express my concern and I was told he would call his driver to pick up the flowers, give me a refund and hung up on me! I called back, he asked "what else do I want" and said "its not his problem because I ordered from an online website and hes the fourth party". I told him to deliver the chocolates and leave the flowers...what idiot would ruin a womans day by delivering the flowers and then pickin them back up?! Terrible service I wish I could give you zero stars!

I spoke to Pablo, and he handled my order from start to finish with professionalism, care, and reliability. Ordering flowers from miles away is never an easy feat – finding a florist we can trust and one that does a good job is few and far between. However, I am very grateful for finding this company on Google, and even more importantly, to have been able to work with Pablo, who ensured 100% customer satisfaction. I just got word from the recipient that the flowers are amazing! I sincerely appreciate Pablo’s willingness to go above and beyond, provide excellent quality and care about our order. Everyone did a wonderful job at this company! I would definitely order from them again, and recommend them to anyone.

I have to say that I was very disappointed with the arrangements I requested online. One arrangement was for my mother, and when I saw what she received I was embarrassed. I usually buy from another flower shop down Shepherd St., but decided to order from Cornelius Florist, since it is very close to my mother’s house. Big Mistake.. The roses were brown from the top and looked old. The set up of the arrangement looked nothing like what was online. The other arrangement was delivered to my mother-in-law, and I am afraid to find out what she received. I personally will not order from this flower shop ever again.

Our company has been doing business with Cornelius Florist for many years. Pablo, is the one that ALWAYS handles our account. I will have to say that I am extreamly pleased with the quality, service and the punctuality that Cornelius has to offer. I truly apriciate Pablos willingness to go above and beyond our orders. He managed to get flowers delivered on time to a little town in the United Kingdom!!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I ordered flowers for a funeral several days ahead of time. I sent TWO follow up emails to confirm the order, which they did not respond to. I called after this as I felt uneasy. They assured me the order was taken care of and that they were just busy. The flowers were never delivered. I was irate as you cant make up for a missed funeral. I was given the shop owners phone number to discuss the huge mistake - she did not answer or return my call.

Pablo did a terrific job. I just about drove him crazy with all my quesitons about what types of flowering plants he had in stock, and he helped me to settle on the right plant/flower combination. And even though I called in mid-afternoon, and the plant was still going to be delivered that same day. Thank you, Pablo and Cornelius!

Very pleased. The flowers were beautiful and delivery was on time. My only possible complaint would be that when I called, he had to talk to someone else while I waited, but as a self-employed person, I can appreciate that a small business has to juggle, trying to make everyone happy.

I just got the most ugly flower arrangement I have ever seen in my life from Cornelius Florists. The roses are tiny and ugly. I paid for a premium arrangement and there is nothing premium about this arrangement. Do not order unless you want to be disappointed and ripped off.

Very bad service, the employee named Pablo is so rude he hang on me when i told him to speak to me well since i was a customer, and he told me that he hopes not to order again flowers with cournelius any more.. hope owner sees this and he can improve customer service.

I was very pleased! I received an arrangement I wasnt happy with, and it was not only replaced within 24 hours, but it was beautiful! Id definitely order from them again and I recommend it to anyone looking for a florist in the area.
