Well it seems my initial review was premature. My co-workers attended the service and said the arrangement delivered might as well been from Wal-mart and they were embarrassed that it came from our company. So I call them the next day and they tell me so sorry you are not happy we will deliver a new plant to the familys home and give our apology. I give them the information but she wants the family to give her back the plant she gave them at the wake, who does that kind of foolishness. Im so frustrated, angry and humiliated. Not only was my company name disgraced but then insulted this grieving family. During a time like this you are worried about an arrangement that never should have been sent in the first place. Well I certainly take back what I said and wish I could give them -10 starts. If you cant do something just be honest and say I cant do it find someone else. What exceptional service!!! I had a co-worker to pass away and we didnt get the service information until the day of her wake. I called and told them the situation and they put together a plant basket for us and even helped with wording for the note. On top of that because of the short notice even rushed the arrangement over to the church since the funeral home could no longer receive it. Im overwhelmed by the compassion, professionalism and service given. I wish I could give them 10 stars!!!

Wow. Just Wow. I called Maria at Flowers By Minerva yesterday to get a last second arrangement delivered. A coworker of mine had become very ill and had to be rushed to the SW Memorial hospital and was expected to stay overnight (and get out the following morning). It was 3:00 in the afternoon, and I had already been told by 2 other florists that they could not get an order together that quickly. When I spoke with Maria I was ready to beg to convince someone, anyone, to bring flowers to his room. She immediately took control of the situation. All I had to do was tell her his name and what hospital he was in. Since he was currently still in the ER and hadnt been moved to a room yet, there was no telling where the flowers might end. Maria created the arrangement (Which I was told was stunning) and confirmed which room my coworker would be moved to. Apparently, my coworker hadnt been in his new room for more than 2 minutes when Maria hand delivered the flowers, as promised, right on schedule. When I tried to express my gratitude for her exemplary customer service, she shrugged it off and said that she was the one who was grateful for our business. THIS IS HOW YOU RUN A SMALL BUSINESS! Very impressed. 10/10 will recommend.

Only one star because NO star is not an option...Came in this past Saturday to get an estimate for how much flowers would be for a wedding being planned for next year. A lady named Maria was EXTREMELY rude and basically told me that the wedding date (which is set for next February) had to be changed because the price would be 3x the price currently because of Valentines Day orders. She started the conversation with "That is the worst time to have a wedding. Why would you want to have it then?" Definitely not giving this place any business.

The experience was horrible with a rush to get off the phone. The florist representatives couldnt provide me a email or fax of the invoice. . The communication was poor and not courtesy to the customer. I spoke with the co-owner and owner and neither offered courtesy service, seemed please when I requested that the order be cancel.

Our go to flowers shop. Weve used them multiple times for office events, funerals, gifts, or just to have flowers around. My sister loves the little owls they put in her plant. Wouldnt go anywhere else. Maria "Rosie" is exceptionally great.
