(4/24/17)As a follow up to the complaint below. The owner called very apologetic and has agreed to send an additional bouquet as a "Cheer Up" a week after the funeral to make up for my unhappiness with the plant originally sent. I appreciated her making this gesture so Ive upped the stars on this review and would probably give them another chance. The owner was very sweet and explained a part-time employee had done the order while she was out of town for Easter and I give her kudos for wanting to make it right. (4/14/17)For a plant that cost more than $100, I was expecting more of a large plant. They probably didnt know I would actually attend the funeral and see what they sent! I was very disappointed as it was just an average plant and I made it very clear I wanted a premium plant as this was for a very important person! Also, through their broken English, they got the card completely wrong, although I spelled every name carefully and repeatedly for them. I do NOT recommend this florist, nor will I ever use them again.

I am highly upset with my order of French tulips. This was a very special day for me and first impressions matter the most. The flowers did not display the amount of love I was aiming for. They did show a level of empathy for my disappointment, and picked up the previous flowers and replaced them with flowers that were presentable for a regular or average day. For this occasion they were not special enough and I will never get that moment back. I even felt more cheated when I saw they charged me the entire price when the purpose for sending the flowers was lost. If they would have discounted my flowers I would not have told the world about my displeasure and I would have not used them again, but since I see I paid over a $100 for flowers that I took away due to the embarrassment. I feel I would be doing the next person an injustice if I didnt tell you my story.

Avoid this company, especially for funeral flowers. Service was terrible, offensive, and unprofessional. If you look at other reviews for this business, you will see that this is a pattern. I contacted this company for a special order for a funeral service. They were initially rude and unprofessional. To make matters worse, they mocked my service inquiries and questions about a special request to honor a loved one. I certainly did not appreciate such a lack of consideration, and one would think that any reputable company would simply say "no" instead of responding with disdain (especially since I was willing to spend a great deal of money).

I had a really great experience ordering from here. I placed an order online around noon and 3-4 hours later my order was delivered. The flowers were amazing and so fragrant. Really lovely and thoughtfully done. More than a week later they still looked and smelt great and most importantly, the wife was delighted and impressed. I called in to thank them and spoke to Raj. He was very gracious and grateful. I would highly recommend ordering from here, not only for their amazing selection and how long they last but also for their customer service.

Very rude. Very unprofessional and very poor customer service. Will. Never. Use. Them. Again. Had good experiences in the past but after this week, will never order from them again. Celebrating a big anniversary and asked for a very specific order. Not only did they sent the wrong number and colors, when I called in to complain, they were very condescending and told me I was wrong and didnt remember what I ordered. Theres plenty of other routes to go. Why use these guys?

I will absolutely be calling Royals again for my upcoming events. She was extremely personable and willing to do what was needed to fit beautiful centerpieces (better than I could have imagined) into my budget. Her staff setting up the event were there on time and worked so quickly - I was amazed at how fast they had my room set. Wonderful experience, my guests were thrilled with the look of our event - cant wait to see what else we are able to do together!

Ordered $70 flower arrangement online for my girlfriend for V-tine Day yesterday around lunch and they still havent delivered them. Its 5:40pm and she has to wait at her office after business hours (5pm) for her flowers. So much for surprises. Ill have to apologize for the inconvenience at dinner tonight. Use another flower shop.

My boyfriend and I celebrated Valentines Day late. He ordered a dozen two-tone roses for me and had them sent to the restaurant as a surprise. They were GORGEOUS! We got compliments all throughout dinner and on the way home from our cab driver. The owner and her crew were absolutely wonderful! I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Worst tulips I have ever seen in my life. You get better tulips at Kroger! Seriously $50.00 and $15 delivery charge for that. Really? Not worth it! Thanks River Oaks Flower House for the worst possible service I have ever seen. Dont even get me started with the driver and the delivery. Be smart use somebody else.

I have been against cut flowers just because they die so quickly and Id rather have a living plant. I received an arrangement for my birthday from River Oaks Flower House and they are the prettiest flowers I have ever seen and smell amazing. I think I may be hooked on fresh flowers now! Absolutely beautiful.

I hesitated to go out of my way to buy flowers when you can get them at any old bodega here in TX , but for a special occasion this trip was so worth it. Splurged a little on some beautiful orchids, so I definitely appreciated that they gave me plenty of flower food and tips on how to take care of them.

I had River Oaks Flower Shop send flowers to my sister and her friends new business that opened a few weeks ago. They really appreciated them. They described the arrangement as stunning. I would say that is a positive response. I will continue to have my flowers delivered by them from now on.
