First of all I have to thank Frank, the owner of Houston Medical Center Florist, for his personal attention to my request. He assured me that my flower would be special as I wanted them to be. The occasion was the birth of my nieces child after five previous medical problems. The results could not have been more special. Even her mother who spent considerably more money than Frank charged admitted that she was jealous. My decision to use Houston Medical Center Florist was based on previous positive reviews, so Im adding mine. What a great experience. and I suggest and highly recommend that if you need flowers for a special occasion, call Frank directly and speak to him. I have no doubt that you will be satisfied. Frank is amazing! He truly went above and beyond. The options on his website are beautiful, but do not truly show the talent that he has. When I called Frank for information on a very pink and girly bouquet, he immediately saw the vision that my company was looking for! One of our team members just had their daughter/first baby and we needed something spectacular right away! Frank even sent me pictures of the bouquet before it was sent out for delivery and before I paid to be sure that it was what we were expecting. He delivered for free, added bright pink ribbon, and an extra balloon! Franks customer service is perfect and we could not be happier with his work. Thank you Frank, for helping us welcome our coworkers beautiful baby girl!

My friend is at the MD Anderson hospital with her husband. Today was her first day there. Our "Friend Group" wanted to have something waiting at the hotel for when she got back and was done for the day. I called Houston Medical Center Florist and told him what we wanted (and why). He arranged and TEXTED ME a photo for approval! (WHAT?) I was able to forward that picture and get the thumbs up from the group. THAT WAS AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Very caring and thoughtful. I highly recommend this florist. We are out of state - They made it so easy during this very emotional time.

Complete Commercial Refrigeration

Just spoke with Frank he made a beautiful arrangement from flowers that I asked for and sent me a picture to make sure it was what I wanted!! He went way beyond what he had to do for me and is delivering the flowers for me today even though it is kind of late in the day. Customer service is alive and well at this florist!!
