Last week I ordered flowers for my parents anny. I live out of town - so sometimes I am concerned about the quality of the arrangement. However, I worked with Randy and he was great - the arrangement he sent my parents was over the top! I ordered an exotic arrangement and it had ginger (3) bird of paradise - proteas - orchids and stood at least 3ft tall! I highly recommend Randy and the Empty Vase.

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience. I ordered a very nice masculine arrangement of flowers to be delivered to my husband on Valentines Day. He never received it. Instead of being able to enjoy his flowers all day, hes thinking I didnt do anything for him for Valentines Day. That is terrible and heartbreaking to me! Terrible service!

I have always used this florist for many many years....never disappointed....the most unique and beautiful arrangements and always the prettiest at any venue ....staff has always been helpful and courteous to me,,,I think if you treat people with respect.... they treat you with respect and help you more..

Utterly disappointed as formerly a quality florist. Never again. Rude person taking order. They ahould be ashamed of themselves for their arrangements/price. They replaced the first horrible arrangement with one not much better.

They sent a poorly arranged 22-rose bouquet when 36-roses were ordered. Apparently they cant count or they were trying to live up to their name.
