The absolute best florist I have ever dealt with hands down. A family member was admitted into St Lukes and I was looking for a florist in the area. The reviews for A Classic Bloom were all excellent so I went with them and ordered on line. Because the family member was in ICU and they do not accept flowers, Jim alerted me and said he would check daily and once the family member was in a regular room, he would have the flowers delivered. Nearly 2 weeks passed before the family member was out of ICU and Jim kept me posted via phone calls and emails. Outstanding customer service!!! Today, I received word from Jim that the family member was now in a room, flowers were delivered and were perfect. I cannot say enough about how much Jims service was appreciated. No need to go anywhere else for a florist in Houston or surrounding areas!!!

I highly recommend this place. I placed my order online yesterday and not even 5 minutes later I received a call from them to make sure my order was exactly the way I wanted. The flower arrangement was delivered today to my girlfriends place of work and she absolutely loved it. She sent me a picture and I have to give it to them. They look even better than what the pictures on their website look like. Not that they didnt look nice already. I will definitely continue giving them my business and will pass the word around.

What a wonderful experience! Very friendly staff. I went in there wanting to be under 45 dollars and thats exactly what they gave me. Customer service was exceptional. One of the staff members walked me to my car and placed the flowers that I bought in the car and everything. I will definitely recommend this place! I will be a returning Customer! And last but not least the flower arrangement was beautiful not to small not too big just perfect

I have consistently used Classic Bloom for floral arrnagements for various occasions (births, funerals, hospitalization and congratulatory).. Response from receipents have always been positive. Working with a Classic Bloom is easy - I have used both telephone contact and website order and both work realy well. Staff are helpful and offer excellent suggestions for special occassions when something unusual is called for in an arrangement.

Super easy experience with them. I ordered online & they immediately contacted to me let me know that pink orchids were not available that day to be delivered, but I could choose from purple or white. They ensured me that the arrangement would look just like the picture online - just with purple orchids. My grandmother was thrilled to receive and said they were beautiful!

I have been using A Classic Bloom for over 15 years and I have never been disappointed. They have done arrangements as gifts, for parties and 2 weddings. They were easy to work with but most of all, when planning the wedding flowers, they somehow knew what each of my girls wanted. Whenever, I have that last minute need for flowers they are always accommodating.

Im not a person that usually order flowers. I found the website very easy to navigate and pictures of all the flowers were easy to scroll through. Placed an order online and flowers were delivered on time and with no problems. They were spectacular and my daughter loved them. Would use A Classic Bloom again.
