Over all my experience here could not have gone any worse than it did. I placed my order two days in advance. When I got there it wasnt ready so they put something together in about 10min. By the time they were done I was already going to be late to pick my wife up for lunch on Valentines Day and did not have time to voice my frustration. The arrangement they brought out was not what I asked for and the owner/manager still charged me full price! Then that weekend someone tried to withdraw $500 from my account fraudulently. The only time my card was out of my sight is when I handed it to him at the store after he realized he "misplaced" the information that I gave him over the phone two days before. Fast forward a few weeks; I log on to my bank account and see that he double charged me. So then I finally decide to call and complain and all he offers is a "twice as pretty" of an arrangement next time (yeah right!) and said it would take him a day or two to make sure that he did in fact charge me twice. As far as one of his employees and/or himself stealing my info, he said, its happened to him once before on his credit card... Thanks for NOTHING Tanglewood Flowers & Garden!

I was on the way to pick up my mom from the airport, having not seen her in more than two years, and I realized while I was at another business nearby that I didnt know of any local flower shops. So, after finding Tanglewood on Google Maps I called and explained my hope to surprise my mom with a small bouquet of flowers that expressed my excitement in seeing her. The woman I talked with asked if $25 - $30 sounded good, which it did, and when she asked if I wanted bright colors, etc. I said something to the effect of, "My mom lives in China, has been traveling for 48 hours straight to get here, and I havent seen her in two years... I just want her to feel really special." She said she would make it look great, AND BOY DID SHE! When I arrived at Tanglewood about 30 minutes later I was impressed by the stores environment, and when they retrieved the flowers for me I almost cried, because the bouquet perfectly matched the exuberance I was feeling, and fit my moms personality and needs PERFECTLY. I was way impressed, and I cant believe that it was only $30 (plus or minus)! Way to go Tanglewood, youve made a big fan out of me!

I tried to order a lei and their phone "disconnected" from me 3 times. I had to keep calling back to get things taken care of. Im now on hold and about to cancel my order. Everyone I spoke with sounded rude and unfriendly. They demanded I give my credit card over the phone, which I did, and now theyre saying I didnt because MY phone kept disconnecting. Whatever.

I have used Tanglewood several times in the past few years, and they have never let me down. Excellent service paired with beautiful flowers and arrangements. Very pleased, and based on my experience, I would definitely recommend.

Horrible customer service and there is no care in writing out cards to accompany arrangements. There were no less than three misspellings in a card that read, "Happy Anniversary."
