Buyer beware! They never filled my order and then they lied about it! They called the day before to ask if they could provide a substitution because they did not have the flowers that I ordered and I approved the substitution. My Mom did not get the flowers the next day. So I called and they were very disorganized and said that my credit card was declined. I told him that he never said anything when he called to verify the subsitution.....he could not remember anything about the conversation he had the previous day with me. I thought it odd (my credit card is working and worked the whole weekend) so I called my bank and they have no record of any attempts to charge by this florist. They dont even have any attempts to charge with an incorrect number (I was thinking maybe they tried to charge the wrong number). My bank had no record of any attempt whatsoever to charge those flowers and the card was fine and valid. So this florist screwed up and never filled the order. Then they just tried to cover it up with lame excuse after lame excuse. I wont be back.

Lucky to have come across this place, order was delivered when expected and the flowers came out beautiful! I chose flowers for him, the Telefloras Sunrise for my boyfriend and he loved them! I appreciated the call to let me know that they were going to come as close to the picture, because they did not have the color vase. And I think it came out better with the vase they picked out. Thanks again for the great customer service!

We used Classy Design Florist for our wedding flowers. They have great florists and are located close to us in Houston. The Flower Shop was very nice and the people great. If you are looking for flowers for a wedding or flowers just in general this is a great Houston based company. I definitely recommend this Houston based flower company. They also have a flower delivery service.

The experience was amazing. I called and ordered flower for my girlfriend. Today is her birthday. Within 2 hours, the flowers were delivered. My girlfriend was so happy. She cried her eyes out. Classy Design Florist made me look really good in the eyes. I will always call them first!
