I placed an online order Saturday night, but there was no way to pay for it through the website. A confirmation email said theyd call me for credit card info. Nobody did, so I called the shop Monday morning. The lady who answered the phone acted like she didnt even know they had a website or an online order form, so I provided all the information again. Was told the delivery guy was already out, and she wasnt sure they could deliver the flowers. Visitation was from 5-7; I got a call about 3:00 asking me to confirm the online instructions (that I was originally told they didnt get). The flowers arrived just as visitation began, which is good. But then I got a phone call near the end of the service; they couldnt get my credit card to work. I confirmed all the info, and the person who called said he must have been pushing the wrong button, because the charge cleared. It was a very frustrating experience during a time that I didnt need anything else to worry about. On the plus side... the arrangement was reasonably priced, and it was the most beautiful one at the service. So Id use them again, but not through their website, and not for anything that is a rush order.

I was recently married and the venue used the Blossom Shop for the flowers. We ordered 4 corsages and only 1 was delivered to the venue. The employees that delivered the flowers were unwilling to go get extras at the shop or go buy extras at the closest store to make the missing corsages even though the wedding was nearly 2 hours from starting. Their solution was to use the flowers for the cakes and centerpieces so that the cakes and tables were left bare. Do what?! And the flowers they did provide were wilted with brown edges. Half of the lilies in my bouquet had not even bloomed yet defeating the purpose of placing them in the bouquet. One of the florist told me I was the easiest bride she had dealt with as we wanted something simple and were not at all picky yet they completely messed up our order. We would not ever use this florist again nor would we recommend them to anyone. I can find better flowers at Krogers!

I live in Kentucky and I was in need of a florist for my beloved friend who had passed. I have ordered flowers before on the internet and I always try to find one that is closest to the church. This florist was the 3rd one on the list and I am so grateful that God directed me to them. The lady was so helpful, nice, and patience with me. I don’t know anyone in Conroe Texas but if the time comes again that I will need flowers from Texas I will definitely come here.

I spoke to 3 different people about my order, including the store owner. I was assured this custom order for my friends funeral would be full (closely packed carnations), that there would be some western/cowboy decor, and that the carnations would be dyed blue. It is hardly full, the flowers are half-assed dyed, there is no decor, and it is lopsided. It appears they rushed the order with no care or thought to the family. I will NEVER order from them again.

Spent $114.00 on a floral arrangement to be delivered to my son and daughter-in-laws house yesterday. I called just now and it is afternoon (the next day) and the flowers still havent been delivered. The lady at The Blossom Shop asked me if I would like them to go out on the next delivery truck!!! What does she think, when I told her I had hoped they would be delivered this morning. I would not use this florist again.

I have been doing business with Blossoms of Conroe for 16 yrs. I never think of anyone else for the Freshest Flowers. They have delivered all of my orders to my g/fs house and they have always arrived with thought and care for the presentation. Thats important too me because I live 1,300 miles away and I have never actually seen any of the 4 orders per year that I place. I HIGHY RECOMMEND THEM!

AVOID. Would love to show a pic of what was ordered and what was received, we were so embarrassed!! Called to complain and were told a Manager would call us back. Waited 5 days, nobody called. We called them again and they did resend a bouquet which was decent of them.. but would have been much better had they just sent a quality product in the first place.

I ordered flowers for my wife, on her birthday online!! Flowers were beautiful !! But was very disappointed in the signing of the card!!! I wrote "Happy Birthday lover!!!" Her card was only signed "happy birthday". In the email confirmation I received it clearly states how I wanted it signed!! I wont be doing business with these folks again!!!

Ordered flowers for a funeral and they were beautiful! They were the colors I requested and simply stunning. I was very impressed with the service and the ordering process was quick and easy. The staff were professional, polite and friendly. I highly recommend!

This floral shop is a solid part of the history of Conroe being under the management of only three owners during its many years as a prominent part of the community. It still provides the same compassionate service to customers today.

I ordered a friends wedding flowers from here and they were beautiful. While we made the bouquets ourselves, they took care of the flowers until we were ready to pick them up. The staff were friendly and incredibly accommodating.

Will never use this shop again. Spent $80 on flowers to surprise my fiancé with and tbey called her and ask when was a good time to deliver her flowers. If you plan on surprising your lady go to a different shop.
