I am with one of the other reviewers...I would give them a ZERO if I could. This is absolutely the worst florist I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. My husband sent me flowers to thank me for helping out his dad. He went online to find someone close to my work and went with them without reading the reviews. BIG MISTAKE. The flowers were delivered very quickly (literally 30 mins), which I now know was likely due to the fact that someone else had sent them back and they just switched out the card and dropped them off with me. They were wilted, puny and mullet like (party in the front/business in the back) as there were no flowers on the back side at all. He asked me if I liked the card (he had written a cute inside joke) and I said yes, but mentioned that the card they sent was SUPER TACKY as it was only a pink sheet of paper that they had cut the order details off of and stuck in there. FOR $65 CANT THEY AFFORD A DECENT CARD! My husband immediately called to address the issue and see what could be done and by all accounts they were helpful and said they would make it right. Problem with that...that dont seem to know what "right" is and they proceeded to send out the same, albeit in slightly better health, arrangement and the same tacky card setup and actually asked for me to return the original arrangement (prob to pass along to the next poor soul). OK…now I am irritated. I call this place and validated that this is where the flowers came from as there is no name on the “card” so no way to tell where they are from, which in hindsight is probably why there aren’t more TERRIBLE reviews out here since many recipients wouldn’t be in a situation to ask. I was then given to the owner, one Jane Galvan, and started explaining the situation. It took her about 20 seconds to turn into the terrible, horrible, no good, very bad excuse for an owner that everyone else has referenced. She was condescending and sarcastic, yelling about how long she had been in business and how she would come back and get the flowers (shocker) if I hated them so much. I told her that the overall experience was terrible and made mention of the tackiness of the card, telling her that my co-workers had a good laugh over it…she actually interrupted me to tell me she couldn’t hear them laughing. Clearly, this is not her first bout at sarcasm. I like a good argument every now and then, so I let her go for a few minutes, but in the end I told her to come get her pitiful flowers and told my husband the note was the best part and that he could take me to dinner. The flowers are at reception. Although I am sure they will have a new home very soon.

I paid for the Vera Wang exquisite top of the line bouquet. What was received was at best under the "good" category. A ballon arrived as well which I did not order. Not only was it tacky (if I wanted a bouquet with balloon I could have sent a relative to the local grocery store for 19.99) it definitely did not make up for the fact that the floral display was sorely lacking and disappointing, that a basic glass vase was used not the VW champagne bucket and that my order cost $153 with a 20% discount! If I werent so angry and disappointed it would be laughable. I understand substitutions but the arrangement was half the size. I listed my number and could have been reached if the order couldnt be fulfilled. I contacted FTD and strongly urged them to find a different flower vendor in The Woodlands Tx. I will not be ordering through FTD again nor "The Woodlands Flowers Too". They are ripping customers off and making FTD look bad as a corporation. Its FTDs reputation on the line when I order from out of state. It is their job to vet vendors and vouche for them, thats the entire business model right? Whomever is in charge of this area needs to be retrained or replaced. Guess the old adage, "you get what you pay for" definitely wasnt true this time. I would gladly pay $150 or more if I received what I expected. I would even become a repeat customer if the quality exceeded my expectations. Imagine that. The only thing for sale in this world is product or service. Im guessing since I was so disappointed on the product I will be destined to be on service as well. Obviously this is others opinions as well, if you take the time to read the other reviews posted here. Strangely, I was also charged a $20 service and delivery fee. What for? The shop is about 1.5 miles away from the delivery destination and even though I did receive same day service I only agreed to an additional $3.99 through FTD. I do not understand what this other service charge is for. Definitely not exemplary service. Like I said. Almost laughable. Of course FTD doesnt list them as their vendor until its too late and you receive the flowers with the business card tucked inside. Dont get burned by FTD/Woodlands Flowers Too like I did and just about everyone else on here! M.C.

IF I CAN GIVE THIS PLACE A 0 STAR, I WILL. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER HAD. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!! Its my husband and I wedding anniversary today, my mother-in-law ordered the arrangement from this place. Arrived yesterday, the arrangement looks really really bad, almost dry. Im not a florist but I can do better than their arrangements. Took a picture of it and send it to my mother-in-law, they delivered the wrong arrangement. I called them this morning to let them know the time of delivery. Also, to let her know that the arrangement is already dry. She told me that its not suppose to be like that and informed me that they delivered the wrong one, that the arrangement should have 12 roses not 5. They re-delivered the 2nd arrangement and its worst than the first one. I called the place while the delivery man still waiting for my signature, guess what??? Spoke with this lady stating that she is the owner of the place. Really?/?/. I was letting her know that the delivery man is here with the arrangement and this is not what my mother-in-law ordered. SHES VERY RUDE AND STATES THAT THEY NEVER TOLD ME ABOUT HAVING 12 ROSES THEN HANG UP. So, I told the delivery man to take both arrangements and I didnt sign anything. NEVER AGAIN FROM THIS PLACE AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND IT. Hopefully, my mother-in-law gets her money back.

Ordered flowers for a coworker, ordered them online, they agreed they could match the exact picture from teleflora.. however the arrangement received were nothing like the arrangment ordered. I ordered the Cottom Candy bouquet, and they fulfilled the order with a ugly arrangment of greenery and a few dark pink flowers and some filler flowers, very small compared to the large beautiful pink ( Baby Pink) flowers i ordered, I spend 65.00 on a arrangment and bouquet of flowers and got a few flowers stuck in a very small vase with lots of greenery....Jane Galvan is the owner or store management and instead of trying to appease the customer she argues and offers very condescending remarks and was very rude over thephone, even told me she would just go repo the flowers since they were what we wanted and she wasnt paid for them anyways...( we paid teleflora) she even p pointed out she has to wait 30 days for teleflora to pay her....so i guess she doesnt think she should have to adhere to telefloras instructions on how to make an arrangement, there ar epictures you can go by, and the picture should match your end result. Or you try to do better. not berely get by to doing whatever you want. horrible service, horrible shop.
