Beautiful Flowers, Great Customer Service and Dependable. Just give them a call, and they will give you what you are looking for. I needed flower arrangements for my grandmothers funeral. Ive never ordered flowers for such an occasion before, and did not know where to begin. This location was conveniently close to my house, and the prices were very reasonable. After looking at what they had to offer online, I found one that I really liked, but I wanted to order two. I asked them if they could make me one that wasnt advertised for the same price, and they were very happy to work with me. With only one day to prepare, the flower arrangements were gorgeously stunning. Just beautiful. I even got to see them early in the morning before the funeral. For a small price , the almost 5 feet tall arrangements were conveniently delivered to the funeral home, on time, before the guests arrived. Their hard work shined with professionalism, and a love for flowers. Because of my experience i recommend this flower shop for any occasion.

Best customer service from a flower shop that Ive EVER received! I used Blooms to send flowers to my mother on her birthday, and they were beautiful! Blooms ended up delivering the flowers a couple of days early by mistake, and they immediately called me to apologize, gave me a full refund, delivered my mother free flowers on her actual birthday, and sent ME flowers as well through a company all the way in Athens, Georgia (I go to school here). And all 3 arrangements were STUNNING! Despite the mistake, they were extremely professional and more than compensated for their error. I would recommend them to anyone, Blooms is BY FAR the best flower place in Houston!

Terrible service, telephoned from England 10 days ago to order a get well soon gift, gentleman explained my delivery would be made Saturday 4th June as they did not have enough orchids in. Checked my bank account on the following Monday, no transaction made, so I called again from England to check if they had been sent. I was told yes they were delivered on Friday 3rd June, despite telling me previously they could not deliver until Saturday, they also said they had not had time to process the payment, so I assumed everything was okay. To date the gift has not been delivered. Disgusting service, definitely would not recommend!

Will never order from here again, the customer service was appalling. I was only ordering from them because of their zip code being close to the person I was sending flowers to. The man I spoke to on the phone was rude & sounded bothered & annoyed. I was unsatisfied with my order & it was delivered on the wrong date, 5 days before I wanted it to arrive. My experience with them was confusing, inconvenient, & ended up being an embarrassment for my customer. Their work was rubbish & I did not get what I wanted. At the end they told me to look for another Florist. Theyve lost a customer; but gained a negative review.

Great service! I ordered flowers for a graduation at late notice (the night before). Blooms contacted me immediately to inform me that unfortunately one of the flowers in the bouquet was unavailable due to the short notice of my purchase. Nevertheless they were very helpful in offering a very similar arrangement. It was delivered on time and as expected, the flowers were of great quality! Im actually situated in the UK but ordering from overseas wasnt an issue for them.

Ordered a plant/flower arragement online. They delivered it two days early than the specific date. Plus it was in an ugly plastic clay looking pot and not the wooden modern box planter shown in the picture, no flowers either. Their resolution was to pick it up and re-delivery on the correct date. Not very nice when it has already been delivered and sitting on someones desk. Boo. will not use this service again.

horrible place ever .I called this guys 4 days before valentines to deliver roses to my wife "just next door " from the shop .as I informed them she will be at work from 8 to 5. they sowed up next day on 15th at 07 PM. that is how f up service they have .I called to check . they said they will get in touch with driver and call me back . they never did. Please stay a way from this place as far as you can .

I called and placed an order and the service was great. Very friendly and helpful. Showed up a little early to pick up but it was ready. A fantastic arrangement was ready for me 7 beautiful red roses for my girlfriend. I was so please with this little shop. I really cannot see this shop receiving 1 or 2 stars like I saw in a couple reviews, my experience was fantastic, I would recommend it for sure!

Terrible. They gave me a price ($60) and after giving them all my info and credit card number, they backed out and said they were past their delivery time of 1pm. It was 12:50am and the delivery location was 4 blocks from their business. Then they tell me they would still deliver for an extra $20 fee. What a scam. Stay away and order from a more reliable florist.

I have used Blooms in the past to deliver flowers to my Wife. Unfortunately, my wife was unhappy with the quality of the flowers she recieved. Blooms redeemed themselves with excellent customer care which has encouraged me to continue using them. On this occasion, my wife was not disapointed and was delighted with her flowers, thank you Blooms :)

Flowers not delivered as requested! Very disapointing! This looks like an ongoing issue for this company. I was further disappointed by the slow response time following my complaint that the flowers had not need received. I really do not like giving bad feedback but really felt frustrated and let down by this company.

Ordered online the night before delivery, asked to deliver at a certain time under Special notes, and they delivered it on time next day! The arrangement looked better than pictured on the website! The recipient loved the gift, and was super shocked! Will order again!

Ordered online, flowers was NEVER delivered. Called the shop and the manager said he would do an investigation, NEVER call me back and still charged the credit card. Would never buy from there again! Beware buyers.
