I had a great experience with Botanical flowers and gifts ! I called them up wanting to send flowers, but very unsure of what arrangement or type of flowers. In talking with Taylor and Brandy I discovered the shop is under new ownership. Recently purchased by a lovely young lady named Taylor. They actually chose my flowers and vase for me. They even sent me pics of what I had purchased. The arrangement was beautiful! These two ladies went out otheir way to help me out. The customer service was awesome!! From start to finish I was very impressed!! Highly recommend this shop to anyone wanting to send flowers or a gift! Thank yall so much.

In searching the internet for a florist in The Woodlands, I saw all of the really good reviews for this florist online and decided this would be a great place to order flowers for my Mother after she had major surgery. I was extremely disappointed! The flowers didnt look anything like I ordered. I had even upgraded my order to insure the flower arrangement would be quality. I understand flower substitutions, I used to own a florist. The vase was also a disappointment. The arrangement looked like a chop and drop bouquet that can be bought at a grocery store.

Just had a fantastic experience with these guys. I called late in the day for a birthday delivery that needed to go out before close. They notified me that because I called so late theyve already been out in the area and would need to delay delivery until tomorrow. Then two minutes later they called back and said theyd go out and make hte delivery, saving the day! Then I just saw the arrangement with the happy mother on facebook, and she couldnt be more excited. Thanks Botanical Flowers!

I was out of town for valentines day and ordered flowers to be delivered for my wife the day before during the afternoon. They did not show until 5 o clock the next day when my wife was out. They made no attempt to contact her and left the flowers at the leasing office which I then had to pick up the next day. Over promised and under delivered. Unacceptable. Will never do business with again.
