Horrible, Horrible Experience. I understand that when you fill 1,000 orders in 24hrs that your bound to screw up 1, but this ONE is epic. I ordered on Monday with Valentines day on Friday just to beat the rush. I called at noon on Valentines day to make sure I was not going to be that 1 in a 1,000. I was told no worries that it would be at my house between 3-4pm (Which was my desired delivery time). I called again at 4pm worried that something was wrong and talked to a nice lady. She assured me that my order was being filled and would be at my door in 30 min. 4:35pm I called back again the nice lady again told me the driver should be on my street and to look out for him. 5:00pm I called the store back to tell them no sign of the driver and at 5:30 we had to leave our kids have Karate practice. A man this time told me that it was delivered and to check with my neighbors. I live on a small street / cold-a-sack with one way in and one way out. I never saw the driver but still checked with 6 out of 10 neighbors that were home. NO surprise the edible arrangement were no where to be found. At 5:30pm I call the store upset and mad this time I spoke with the manager and he assured me that they would remake the order and I would have it by 9:00pm. We got home at 8:30pm found no package on door and called the store. This time the manager told me that my money was refunded and he had no edible arrangement heading to my house. He could not tell me when the order was refunded but that their was nothing he could do tonight to make the situation right. Well I take that back he did offer me a free shake the next day at noon when he reported for work. I informed him that I was not interested. People, please, please, Please take warning that this company does not care about your order, your money, or your time. I will never order from this company the rest of my life and will tell everyone I know what a Horrible company Edible Arrangements is. My wife and I will hopefully joke one day about how for 14 years straight I managed the get her flowers. Then on year 15 I trusted Edible Arrangements and had to start over. Just think if you trust Edible Arrangements you could start over to.

If I could give this place no stars I would!! Worst customer experience ever!! My husband was out of town for Valentines due to business and so he wanted to surprise me with a little something. So he told me to be home that day bc I had a surprise being delivered. Well 7pm rolls around and my husband calls asking if I received anything which I didnt. He had been trying to call the store all day to ask why it hadnt been delivered but apparently they dont believe in answering the phone. Then he gets upset. I receive a call at 7:40 asking if I will be home tomorrow and I told them no I have to work and wont be home til late. The lady was like how late and Im like after 7pm. And she was like oh... you home now? And I said yes been home all day. So she was like okay well I will be there in an hour. Mind you she didnt introduce herself or tell me what company she is calling from. So 9pm rolls around and nothing. At this point I had to get my kids to bed so I gave the info over to my husband. He calls and they give him some bull excuse and hang up on him. They kept saying they were coming. Well at 10pm they show up and ring the doorbell. At this point my kids and I were in bed bc it was so late. They keep ringing the doorbell so I get my robe on and run downstairs. The lady hands me a box and trys to get me to sign the paper that CLEARLY says there is supposed to be more with it. Mind you she doesnt know I have the email of EVERYTHING they were supposed to give me. So I ask her about the other stuff listed and she says no that would be highlighted if I was supposed to get it. Basically telling me I dont know what Im talking about. So I show her the email and she is like oh...okay hold on. She goes back to her car for 5 minutes or so. Then comes back with the rest of the stuff so I know she knew it was supposed to go together they were just trying to con my husband out of money. So she asks me to send a picture of the email to her phone. How unprofessional!! I was in disbelief. We will NEVER order from them again and will be spreading the word about how horrible they are!!

The shockingly bad reviews of this place are 100% right. Can all of these people really be wrong? Nope. I happened to be near this store and, not yet having read the reviews, stopped in to place an order to pick up later in the week. Like most people, Ive always ordered online from the various locations and had never actually been inside a store. The moment I walked in, I was taken aback by how dirty the place looked. As I started to rethink my whole plan, a shaggy looking woman came from the back and appeared to be licking her fingers. My stomach turned. I spoke with her briefly (I was still in shock I guess), and she was unable or unwilling to help me, which was all for the best, believe me. The real issue was that she was so unnecessarily unfriendly about it and the whole experience was so gross, Im not going to order from any Edible Arrangements ever again. People who order food gifts online have to be able to trust the business. My trust is shot.

I paid for a party size large fruit basket based on the website picture and received a much smaller arrangement. When I called to ask about it the lady argued with me that I was wrong because "they count each piece of fruit", but they would send another arrangement as ordered. Just got the "replacement" and it is even smaller than the first one. Had to call twice to find out when it would even be delivered and they finally showed up 4 hours later. Just my opinion, but if you show pictures for what people can choose to buy, then its probably a good idea to deliver what is purchased. LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE...will not use this location again. I would rather drive and pick up my order from another reliable location than use this place that delivers to me! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Horrible service. Horrible attitudes. Horrible quality. Received my order at work, and it was missing stuff that my fiance paid extra for. Called the store talked to the manager Frank, and he laughed at us, because we wanted the rest of the order we paid for. Then when arriving home, my mother didnt receive her arrangement from my father till NINE at night, aftwr we were in bed. And it was old, rotten and not correct either.

Only one item from an order was delivered. I called to address this and was told that the driver failed to give the other two items upon delivery. I was also told that they other two items would be delivered the next day. That did not happen, instead I got an email from them with a refund receipt. No call, no explanation, just the refund. At least I got that though.
