I ordered my wife $175 worth of flowers for Valentines day two days in advance. I chose the option to have them pick another set of flowers similar to what I selected if what I chose is unavailable. In addition to this, I gave them my wifes work# in case they need directions or letting her know of any issues concerning delivery. Valentines day came and left, and my wife didnt get her flowers. She didnt get a phone call for an explanation, and I didnt get an email for an explanation as Ive given them my email address. When I checked my credit card history, theyve already took the $175, and when I called them, they told me its still in the truck and theyll deliver it today or tomorrow to my wife and refund me $20. I felt insulted as this was meant for Valentines day, but the first option they told me when I called them was to continue delivering the flowers. I opted to take a full refund, and I suggest to anyone thats looking into getting flowers from this place to think twice. On their website, they said theyll go the extra mile to make your floral gift perfect and make your experience a pleasant one, well, my experience with them was the worst and a big failure on their part. I wont recommend these guys for any of your flowers request. If they dont have the decency to call my wife or email me with an explanation on why the arrangement was late or delay, then they dont deserve to be in business. I felt they didnt care at all for an explanation, so if they didnt care about me, I wonder how many other customers they let down as well. I give Flower Corner a big fat ZERO!

Bought $120 arrangement for my anniversary. They were supposed to be delivered so that everyone could see the flowers my wife received. Instead my wife received the flowers right before 5 pm. She was already walking to her car and noticed the lady bringing in the arrangements. So she went back in and they were for her. I called the flower shop and told them I paid $120 for my wife to get the flowers late. The lady said she received them before 4pm. I said no she did not and that she just called me and told me she was on her way to the car and noticed the delivery person. I also told her that the delivery person said they were in traffic. I find this hard to believe when my wifes job was only 5 to 10 minutes away from the shop. The flower shop person replied that my wife received them and that there are no refunds but would give me a discount for next time. I told her no thank you. You will be better off going to HEB and spending half the money and delivering the flowers yourself.

Lisa Haddod was my florist from flower corner. She initially seemed great - she even made us a sample centerpiece to show us what ours would look like. However, she did not deliver the centerpieces she showed us. We had paid in full before she did the job. In the last consultation, she even talked trash about my wedding coordinator! On the day of my wedding, she would not even talk to me about the centerpieces, she left our reception site when she heard I was unhappy (through a bridesmaid). That being said, the bouquets and small centerpieces were nice, but the service and her attitude (and of course the poorly made large centerpieces that were over $200 per arrangment and looked more like they were about $100) were completely unacceptable. The fact that she could not even fess up to her mistake made it even worse. Do not trust her for your floral needs - especially for a wedding or funeral or any occasion you really wont get the chance to do again.

My boyfriend ordered flowers two weeks in advance of Valentines Day to ensure an early morning delivery and also because he was going to be out of town. He was promised this service so continued with the purchase. When he didnt receive any messages from me in the morning he knew they had not delivered my surprise flowers. He called the shop. Then the driver hung up on him 3 times. At 5:15 PM (yes,evening) driver called me asking if I could wait 45 minutes for the delivery. I told him out business closes at 5 and to please give me his managers number. He said he didnt have it. I asked for his/her name and he said he didnt have it. He then proceeded to hang up on me. No doubt it is a busy day but that is no excuse for poor customer service and lack of organized route planning. Without flowers

We have used Flower Corner for a few years and they have been good but since the addition of Jim our experience with them has been fantastic! His creativity and vision truly enhances our waiting room area and we are ecstatic each and every week to receive our flowers. I regularly recommend them to any one of our patients who come through our office and marvel at the beautiful arrangements on display. So Disappointed. Late, no formal card, flowers are drooping. Will Never use them again. Update: I called the shop to convey my disappointment, and they rectified my concern and sent another, better arrangement. Ill try them again since they were very apologetic as well.

The flowers for my daughters wedding were fabulous! We searched and searched for a reasonably priced florist and could not believe Lisa was right down the street! She exceeded our expectations and everyone complemented the beautiful arrangements!

I would not recommend this flower shop I gave them the address and they still couldnt find the location and they took the flowers at the time we told them NOT TO.. no wonder theres only bad reviews, should of looked at this first
