I purchased the love and laughter bouquet and when it arrived at my mother’s office it looked nothing like what I had purchased. The flowers were not even the same color nor was the bow or anything but the vase. The reason I chose this particular bouquet was because it SHOULD Have been her favorite color. The only thing purple about what she received was the vase. When you order flowers you expect that they will at least look like what you purchased, but these flowers were not even close to what I had ordered. Why put a picture if you are not going to even come close to making good on it. The roses were pink the flowers were pink the bow was pink, and to top it ALL off everything looked old. How do you have flowers for mother’s day that are old? They were delivered Thursday and today Friday they are falling apart! I feel like I was completely scammed. The flowers that arrived at my mother’s office looked like someone grabbed a bunch of flowers and tossed them in a vase with no rhyme or reason. Honestly your company should be ashamed of what was delivering! Ashamed that your name was associated with flowers that looked so deplorable! My child could have done a better job! When my child saw them she looked at me and said “mommy that’s not what we ordered!” It’s amazing that a four year old can tell when the flowers are not correct, but your florist can’t! Just shameful! I don’t understand why this has happened!

The most friendly scam you out your money asians wow they have things together. Ordered flowers online 24 hsr b4 valentines day my, wife never received them. Called to cancel because you cant cancel online of course, must be done in person or over the PHONE so i called and nobody answered, called 20 times after taht, then went in person to cancel. Wow i said when I walked in and noticed their phone with 18 lights blinking and them eating noodles ignoring calls to avoid all those CANCELLATIONS. I was so angry to see so many people liike me just screwed outta money and luck. Totally eating noodles not being racial. While im there i hear a guy arguing how he didnt get his flowers delivered to his wife before she went into open heart surgery! The asian lady happily offered to make arrangments then to avoid cancellation the guy replied shes in critical condition now she may never see her flowers! that is so messed up. My issues with them wasnt enough to write the review but his definately was! Good luck guy and this reviews for you. Fake scum didnt know ppl like this existed here. WOW. Keep the change Ill take my $ elsewhere. Thats what I get for ordering close to the persons job instead of somewhere known. $182 out but experience I have earned.

I came here as a senior in high school to get a corsage for my prom date. On the day of prom (they were very busy), I went to pick up the one I had ordered, and was at first disappointed with what they brought out, because it didnt look like the corsage from their catalogue (it had two fewer roses) and some of the wire that held it together was prominently visible. After stewing over it for an hour, I decided to go back and complain. Boy was that a good decision -- not only did the owner personally and profusely apologize, but she immediately stopped what she was doing (despite being flooded with customers), took the corsage into the backroom and returned two minutes later with three more roses appended to the most beautiful corsage ever made. Cheap, too. Conclusion: these guys are great, just be sure to communicate your concerns if youre not completely satisfied, and theyll take care of you.

If could give it a falling star I would! Ordered beautiful flowers, received what looked like left over grocery store $9.99 flowers. Owner says I cant have what was pictured and that I got the "correct number of stems" so I got the right order. When I said it was NO where near what was pictured (i.e. they gave me bunch of daisy - which were not even pictured in original bouquet) she started to raise her voice. We will NEVER use or recommend this florist to anyone. Kindergarteners would have done a better job of copying the picture.

I ordered a birthday arrangement from teleflora and it so happened this was the florist that delivered. The arrangement I paid for was the premium and what was delivered was less than a simple. I ordered the little chickadee arrangement and it didnt even have the flowers arranged as it should. Looked more like someone just grabbed 2 different kinds of flowers and put then on the small vase. Definitely not what I expected, would have wanted my niece to receive the beautiful bouquet that I wanted for her!

I got my wedding bouquet the same day! Dont ask why I waited, either way I couldnt have been much happier. The lady was so nice, showed me what she had and promised to make it pretty, she kept her promise. Price was also affordable. We also had our ceremony arrangements ordered from here, and they were the most beautiful arrangements Ive seen. My husband gets my valentines roses from here and never dissapoints.

Saved the day for me! Bokay came through, on the Friday of valentines day, with only hours notice when a big brand flower company (foxtrot tango delta) couldnt deliver with a weeks notice. Roses were big, healthy and fresh upon delivery. Recipient loved them! Definitely recommend this shop. I will most certainly return with my business in the future. Thank you!

Terrible florist. Does not deliver what is ordered and then refuses to do anything to correct the situation. Grossly over priced, doesnt care what they deliver, rude and dismissive on the phone. Read every reveiw you can youll see the same story over and over. Order what you want but theyll deliver whatever they have & do nothing about it!

Im only giving this place 1 star because i liked the flowers but other then that i give them -5! My birthday flowers were a week late and they did nothing about it. Dont use this flower company please! If they mess up they will do nothing about it but blame you. Please take your money elsewhere.

A friend recommended this flower shop to me to buy a corsage for prom. The people who work there were very friendly and were able to make me a custom corsage that matched my prom dress. The corsage lasted throughout the night and then some. I would recommend this shop to friend.

owner has no customer service skills. what so ever if your thinking about giving these people your business dont!!!!! every single review they have earned fare and square so i wouldnt use them if i were you because your just going to waste your money and time !!!

I will never order or recomend this florist or used FTD, I sent a tear drop arrangement for an employee and was very embarrassed at the services for what we paid for it. Didnt even look similar to the advertisement. How deceptive??? Dishonest.

My boyfriend has sent me flowers from this shop a couple of times. Each time I have received wilted flowers with browned petals and leaves. I would not recommend using this Florist for delivery when sending a nice bouquet.
