I have to tell you all about the great purchase experience at Flow Audi in Winston-Salem today picking up our new Q7 Prestige. It didn’t start off that way. After joining ACNA as a lifetime member primarily to get the benefits of buying a new Q7, but also to get more information about the brand. We used to get the Audi magazines and as publication and mailing them seemed sporadic, this seemed a better way. After joining in late January/early February, we ordered our Q7 as we wanted Rear Side Airbags for the kids and there were none built that way in the early days. So we ordered. Unbeknownst to us and our dealer and our Audi Brand Specialist Lawrence, ACNA decided to stop offering any discounts or rebates to dealers on the Q7, presumably because of demand. That would’ve been nice to know up front or when we ordered our car, but to not tell the dealers seems a bit shady. Flow called to work out our delivery two days before we picked it up and they were stunned to say the least! Keep in mind that all of this is happening behind the scenes, with my wife and I anxiously looked forward to picking up our new Q. Tracking the car to loading at the port, crossing the ocean, tracking it in port, and to the dealership. Yes we stalked it. We’d had a 2007 Q7 (this would make our 9th Audi of 11 total cars purchased/leased in 20 years) and were really glad to be getting this new one. Flow had been seller of record of 4 of them and we continue to drive to see the team there in W-S for sales and service , even though we have another dealer 15 minutes away. But….this ACNA business almost derailed us…things got a bit bumpy… Lawrence sent us the numbers the day before we were to pick up the car and they were different than we expected. I said “…what’s up with that?...where’s the ACNA discount?...” and he explained to me what was going on, and asked me to call ACNA and see when they had discontinued the discount. I did, and got a not so great excuse. It turns out that after we had become members and before we took delivery the demand was so high for the Q7 that they removed the discounts. But didn’t tell anyone. Needless to say, I was not a happy camper. I went in today fully expecting to pull the plug on the deal, and give up my deposit. Flow not being the party that had done us wrong, though, my wife and I worked with Lawrence and Jason and Avdo who explained the situation, and we worked out a resolution. And it didn’t take Jason long at all to realize what was important to us and to make it right. He and Lawrence made the decision right then and there and off he went to revise the paperwork. We are happy, didn’t get the ACNA discount but I can’t hold Flow to a discount or rebate that ACNA is no longer giving. All the paperwork that was all pre-printed was completely re-done, and off we went happy with our new purchase! If there was a sixth star, Flow Audi of Winston-Salem would get it from me, they have been and continue to be fantastic at all ends of the vehicle experience, sales, financing, and service! Ive been a client for 12+ years and it is always a pleasure visiting Flow Audi of W-S! Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. From sales to service, it is a very enjoyable experience. Been a long-time friend of Lawrence Rucker and I have been referring friends and associates to him for years as he is one of the best in the biz. He is a breeze to work with, is NOT pushy, and knows everything there is to know about Audi/VW, their competitors and the car industry as whole. I purchased a 2015 Audi S4 from him last August and the process was painless and enjoyable. Everything from telling him exactly what I wanted, ordering the vehicle, delivery of the vehicle and follow-up service. Even though I have been a long-time Audi fan/owner and am a good friend of his, he still treated me professionally and like he would have any of his other clients. Lawrence still took the time to walk me through the car upon delivery to make sure I knew it inside and out and inspected it through and through to make sure it had been detailed properly. Lawrence takes pride in his work and does not allow delivery of a vehicle to the customer unless it is perfect. Lawrence is not about numbers and sales. He is about respect, clients trust and building relationships. I currently live in Charlotte but still do business with Flow Audi of W-S (even though Hendrick Northlake and Audi of Charlotte are much closer to me) and bring my vehicle there for service...and mainly due to Lawrence! Regardless of where I live, when it comes to purchasing an Audi/VW, I will always do business with Lawrence. I also got to know Avdo, the Finance Manager, when purchasing my last vehicle. He was a pleasure to work with and made the paperwork and financials very simple and it was a painless process. Great buying experience!

I went in on a Monday afternoon to look at a Q5 that they just got in. I met with Mike Blankenship to check out the vehicle and was very impressed with the professionalism that he showed. He truly wanted to put me in the perfect vehicle for me. After looking at the Q5, I wanted to do my own research on the Audi and quickly realized that they were asking a fair price for it. I went back on Tuesday on my lunch and was able to drive it and experience what makes Audi a top pick on my list of vehicles. All said and done, I purchased the Q5 on Wednesday. The MOST important part of this whole experience has yet to come. I have stayed in contact with Mike after the sale and he continues to answer all my questions and concerns about the Q5. The after sale experience is what will keep me coming back as a service customer and when I am ready to purchase my 3rd Audi. I consider myself very picky when it comes to customer service and I definitely would and have recommended Flow Audi to anybody. Thanks again Mike for the smooth transaction.

Purchased Audi A4 from Flow Audi in 2012. Started having problems with oil consumption and misfire on cylinder #2 in 2013. Took car back to Flow for repairs 5 times from 2013-2015. Repairs made were only a "bandaid" fix. Progressively got worse until first of 2016, (7,000 miles over extended warranty) Now there is no compression on cylinder #2. Only fix is replace or rebuild motor. Several mechanics have confirmed that Audi was aware of this problem with 2009 A4 2.0t engines. Had it been diagnosed properly by Flow Audi mechanics, it would not have ruined the motor. I met with Customer Service Manager on Saturday 4/2/16 and was told the dealership couldnt do anything. That problems with Audi has cost the dealership. Flow Audi mechanics are responsible for me no longer having my Audi to drive. VERY DISAPPOINTED in Customer Service Department. Would Not Recommend to Anyone!
