Horrible service department employees, I have 3 open recalls on my 2006 Suzuki Grand Vitra and when i call them 3 weeks ago about the issues they said they had to order the parts that were under the recall notices, they said they would have them the next day i have tried contacting them and i keep getting the run around about how they forgot to order the parts, or the service department misplaced the parts, My open recall notices are faulty airbags on the passenger side, which could cause them to not deploy on impact, the next one is the idler pulley, and last but not least i have a recall on my shift lever which could cause the car to not go into drive or park or any other gear foe that matter. I will be contacting the better business bureau about this issue.
