If I could give no stars, I would. I bought a vehicle from drivetime on April 30, 2016, I had a great experience while at the dealership, but in the first month, the AC stopped working. So I took it to the shop and the AC condenser had a hole in it but the warranty covered it 100%. When I did my first oil change, the mechanic brought out the air filter to show it to me, it needed to be replaced a long time ago, even had old dried up leaves stuck to it, and you could shake dirt out of it. A few weeks later, I noticed the paint chipping from around the edges of my doors, so I took it to the body shop and asked them to look at it, he showed me 2 runs on top of the car and fish eye in the paint, along with flaws in the paint that I had no idea existed. He said the car was definitely repainted, but not very good and he said within a year the paint would be gone, it would need a $5000 paint job to be right. I had multiple issues with the vehicle, ball joints, electrical issues, paint, interior door panels falling apart, I had to replace the brakes 3 months after I bought the car, and replace the original chrysler battery that came in the car new. The ball joints, paint, interior, and wiring issues are not covered by my warranty, leaving me to pay for it all out of pocket. Is that what $1200 worth of parts and labor looks like? Yes, I should have looked the car over better before I bought it, thats my mistake. But they knew what they were selling me when they sold it... how could they not, I mean, they spend an average of $1200 on their vehicles. They sell one lemon, they will sell another. So I decide I need to refinance it so I could get it paid off faster. Only issue is, the loan payoff for the car is 3 times the loan value for it because of the interest, so I call bridgecrest, who the loan was through, and was told they dont refinance their vehicles... basically cornering me in the contract. So I try and get a loan for another car, but I cant do that either because I already have one car loan open and bad credit, meaning I was stuck with a car that was falling apart that would take forever to pay off. But I got lucky and was able to get another car and surrendered the car to drivetime. Leaving a repossession on my credit for 7 years. Because I made the mistake of buying a car from drivetime. This company targets people with little to no credit, tells them we can get you approved, and then takes them for every dime they can get. I bought a 2013 dodge avenger 3.6 v6 SE from drivetime with 96000 miles for about $15000. I bought another 2013 dodge avenger 3.6 v6 SXT, twice the options, 20996 miles, and an awesome warranty for $13998. I made the dumbest decision by buying a vehicle from Drivetime. Save yourself some money, and screw yourself... its a lot cheaper than what drivetime charges.

i bought a 2006 Nissan sentra in Sept 2010 and had the same issue since november 2010. its a slow start due to a bad fuel pump. i took it to their shop of choice and was told the ground wire was loose, this only patched the issue and i dealt with the issue until July 2011. I took the car back to the shop and wrote down exactly how to make the car do what it does and after 3 weeks they said they couldnt get it to repeat the process. please keep in mind it does it for me like clock work every time.I then took the car back to the shop and it sat for 2 more weeks and still the same response, "we cant get your car to do what youre saying" so i took off work and sat at the shop for 3 hours and when it came time i took the manager out with me and when i did it wouldnt start. So then they said its the fuel pump and the car sat for another week. Aamco replaced the fuel pump with a bo bo fuel pump and then the check engine light came on, they took the code out and said drive it, well i drove and drove and no luck. I then called back again to the warranty dept just to listen to more bullshit about paying another co pay for the same reason and i refuse.. So then i called Aamco in October 2011 back and they agreed to replace the fuel pump so i took it back and the car sat for another week:. When Aamco called and said your car is finished and to come get it i did but before they pulled it out the check engine light came on and i was told to drive it|. I then took it to my shop of choice and paid the service fee and was told its a bad fuel pump;. so i called back to drivetime and the warranty dept just to be told now i must pay a 150,.00 co pay for the same reason and again i refuse;. my car has sat since October 31 2011 with bad tags cause the car will not pass state inspection, its now December 28 2011 and im still dealing with the rudest people about the same issue. ISNT THERE SOME KIND OF LAW THAT HELPS US WITH COMPANYS LIKE THIS ? The car has been in the shop 3 times since July leaving me with out a car for 6 weeks in july and august and sat since Oct 31.. thats a total of 14 weeks without a car! should i keep paying for a lemon? I hate the phone calls from drivetime! any advice? This place is Joke

Dane, Allen and Ken are wonderful to work with. They were honest with my husband and myself to the point that we really believed that buying our awesome vehicle was more than a sale. They gave us true customer care while answering all of our questions without hesitation. They never rushed us in our reviewing of the vehicle making sure we understood how to operate all of its wonderful features and making sure that we were comfortable with the paperwork. Totally awesomely experience. We highly recommend Drivetime and theses proficient sales advisors.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Drive Time. Dane was very professional and helpful. He listened to what type of car we were interested in with all the features we wanted. He helped us find the car we were looking for in the price range we requested. He is very low pressure and did everything to make our buying experience a pleasurable one. He, as well as the other staff, including Bryan are awesome! Dane was also great with our daughters. We definitely recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle. Thanks!!
