Called them about a Dodge RAM 1500 they had listed for sale without photos, since i live in Orlando i had no chance of looking at the truck before going down there to buy it. They sent me about 7 emails with photos of the truck and it looked exactly like what i was looking for and in good condition, i also told them to let me know of anything was wrong with it since it was a 3 hour drive down there and that i would only be mad if they didnt disclose it all before i got there, the truck also had a clean CarFax which sounded good to me...according to them the truck was in excellent condition, they only replaced one of the rims with a brand new one. As soon as i got there we start the truck and i hear a ticking noise from the engine, he then tells me its just the exhaust manifold gasket and its not a big thing to get fixed according to their mechanic. I start to walk around the truck to have a good look at it, got a little suspicious since i specifically told them to let disclose everything. As i get to the right front fender i see the color doesnt match and a horrible orange peel paint job, whoever painted it didnt even bother to take off the antenna base which also had paint on it, the A-pillar and right front door had chip marks along the edge from the fender obviously being crushed against them, i take a few steps back and i see that the wheel on that same side is 2" off the middle of the wheel arch so all kind of things are bent in the suspension as well. Needless to say I didnt even test drive it, i told the sales person that i was not happy driving down here spending my whole Sunday, wasting gas and adding 500 miles to my trade in. On my way back to my car the GM came out and said they where sorry and that they could fix it and then let me know when its done, thats the only reason they are getting 2 stars and not 1. I dont want to deal with dishonest people like that so i didnt buy it.

When I purchased this car I was looking for a work vehicle. The Salesman David was unknowledgeable and did not say much when I asked questions. If he wasnt hung over from the night before then he was high when I saw him. He was much like that anytime I had to talk to him. The guy made up answers to questions he did not know. Three weeks after I purchase the car the A/C went out, 3 lights needed replacing and a plug in one of the tires started to leak air. I fixed the plug in the tire, replaced the bulbs and took the car in to their mechanic to look at the A/C. When I entered High Q Auto again it was dejavu; David (hung over or high) strolled his same gangster self to me and told me he would take care of the problem. The seal to the compressor is leaking so he told me I would have to pay. I told him that when he said that he would take care of problem then he should have just told me that he did not know what the outcome would be. He then tried to show me the door. I had my baby in my hand, and while I was telling him how disappointed in all the issues so far; then he pushed me out of the entrance door. I couldnt help myself, I tried to keep my baby away as he tried to swing on me. His manager had to grab him before he got any more pushy. If this is the type of people working here, thugs, I would rather give my money to the "other" dealer. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THE SALESMEN ARE ALL HUNG OVER DRUG USING DOPE HEADS. NO CLASS AND NO SERVICE.

High Q Auto Jesus Christ, these maniacs sold me a car, here are the problems: 2004 Impala, bad transmission, cracked motor mount, electrical problems up the wazoo. every time, you go to these people, they gang up on you, 6 at a time. this clunker-junker, they sold me, will eventually catch on fire and try to kill my family. CHINO, the mechanic, refuses to look at your car. says he is too busy, doing something, god only knows what... Whats worse, Im a united states veteran and when I wanted the Honda, they said, OH HELL NO, and sold me this clunker from hell. the damn car, makes all kind of weird noses. the dealer now refuses to replace the car and give me another one. their financing company, is some kind of front, for god who knows what and for all I know, they might be some kind of mob guys, looking to make a quick dollar. WARNING, DO NOT GO TO HIGH Q AUTO, YOU WILL GET ROBBED, RIPPED OFF, THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME AND I ADMIT, WE WERE DESPERATE FOR A CAR BECAUSE MY CAR DIED, BUT THESE THIEVES, NO WAY. I AM GOING TO THE STATE OF FLORIDA TO HAVE THESE HEATHEN THIEVES PROSECUTED FOR FRAUD. I will work diligently, with the State of Florida to shut these Fraudsters down... Do not believe the comments below either, they could be fake profiles, made up by these Creeps MR. BRESCH

Good afternoon, My husband Ronald Noel bought a 2011 buick enclave in January 2016, the first day I walked inside the lot everybody was nice and friendly and made me buy the car. They told me it was a nice car and I wouldnt have any problems. Then as soon as i made my first payment for the car the transmission went out on me. I brought the car back to them 3/19/16 and everyday that i called them i would be on hold for a long time. When i went there they told me the system was down. All of the nice friendly people that was smiling when i bought the car wasnt around any more. Now i looked through my papers and I only had one month warrenty.I didnt know now what to do. when I called them to tell them what is my option the said I have no warranty I bought the car as is and find that it cost 2500+ tax to fix a transmission for a car that i just bought.I have no way to work and I dont have $2500 to fix the transmission and if I dont go to work, how Im going to fix the car, if I have no way to work. Keep in mind this is my first car note so basically I was screwed. The car has been nothing but hell for me since then. That was our first and last time buying a car from there. You are better off buying a car from a high class dealership.

We have been buying cars and trucks from High Q Auto for several years. Ever since they opened their doors in a small warehouse, we have been purchasing cars from them. I am very happy to see their business has grown and flourish. Every time we go into the business, the sales staff has been very upfront and knowledgeable about their vehicles. Because of their customer service and prices, we have eliminated all of the hassle of looking for cars at different dealers and private sellers. They have sold me great vehicle warranty on all of our cars. In fact, they have even pointed out defects on some of the cars I have bought in the past. The finance person is very attentive an in touch with the needs of customers in the used car department. They also have their own service department where I take my car on a regular basis for oil changes. This is as close to a new car dealer as you can get without the hassle and pressure of a new car dealership. I highly recommend them to everyone I know, and new car buyers. You will not be dissapointed.
