I called about an hour ago to find out the price on a 2001 gs300 since it wasnt listed and was told I would get a call back in 10 minutes about it. An hour goes by with nothing and when I call back I get asked AGAIN for my name and number for a call back. My time isnt valuable enough as an interested party apparently. Yes I gave her an attitude because she was unprofessional when it came to taking calls. A customer waits an hour for a return call and you should be asking them can I go get the salesman for you. No longer interested in the car because they made something simple, difficult.

Sounds like the previous 1 star posts got petty because they didnt get the deal they wanted. I bought my first car here, a Chrysler 300 touring and never had a problem with it for the three years I had it. Sure, the dealer doesnt look glitzy but cars are good or better quality and prices are competitive with whats around. I dealt with Michael everytime I came back to look for a car and he was professional and courteous.

Im sorry, but I have been to alot of car lots in my day, hell I even managed one for a while. This lot goes above and beyond any that I have visited in Palm Beach or Broward County. They treat you like gold and their inventory in top notch without top notch prices. They have been around for years, I will be back!
