I must say that I am writing this review based on my personal experience visiting this used car lot. Before I begin, I must state, that I find a lot of these google reviews merely not the reflection of the customer/ dealer interaction as you expect to read and research before you choose to do business. I also must add that I did not purchase a vehicle from this used car lot because I wanted to make sure, first that they are who they say they are. After all, if I am going to spend my hard earned money on a vehicle, it better be the vehicle that is advertised the way it is . After visiting this business and being there listening and interacting with other customers, I find them somehow rather shady and not trustworthy. Needless to say that a lot of what I read with other google reviews here, does not necessarily reflect the true experience you would expect to find when you visit this used car lot to buy a vehicle. First, I must add that all of the workers there do not speak proper English and from my experience are not educated enough for anyone to sit down and do business with. They speak Arabic as their first language and most importantly, the sales people, only two sales people, do not posses enough knowledge to be able to earn your trust let alone buy a vehicle from. I spent few hours with Moe one of the sales representative and I was engaged with him for the first 20 minutes and after that I had lost confidence in his abilities to earn my trust to continue the process of possible buying a vehicle from him as I found a lot of what he was talking about made no sense whatsoever. On another note the sales manager, Naji is also not educated and I felt that he was far from being a manager himself and just trying to sell me anything just to make a deal. More importantly, Calvin is the last person I want to deal with being that he is the owner. A lot of the reviews here rave about him and how well he is with his clients. I find that it is both far from reality and the truth. He is arrogant, self centered and do not care about his clients even though he works hard to portray otherwise. I have witnessed his shadiness and lack of respect to his employees and clients. Please beware from what I have researched and found out on the internet, that most of the reviews left here are mostly from people associated with him directly including his family members and close friends and also reviews from himself. I will never do business with this place and I am thankful I did not. Lastly and most importantly as I believe, that Calvin is going to refute this review just as he has done before, by stating that he or his staff does not recall even talking or dealing with me period. A piece of advice people, take your business somewhere else and dont waste your money or energy in a place like this. Lastly, it is mind boggling to see how people go to extreme measures to earn something they themselves know and believe they lack the basics to even qualify them as such.

I bought a car from here about 2 years ago. I was a first time buyer and these people took full advantage of me. The car had a small oil leak and the gas gauge wasnt working. I notified them about this and the man told me to drop the car off and he would have the work done. I got a call about 2.5 hours later that everything was done. I picked the car up and the gauge still wasnt working and he reached in the car and started to slap the dash and said he wasnt sure. I didnt know what to do as this was my first car I bought so I just said Ill see if I can fix it later(still had the digital gas mileage). About 4 months after buying the car I had it checked and it was still leaking oil. Before all of that though, during the buying process I found the car online listed at 8995 when I got there it said 9995 on the car. He said he would give me the online sale since thats what it was on their website. When we did the paper work it still said 9995 and he said it says that because of the listing and that it would come off after. I happened to look at the paper work and it never came off. I also know this to be fact because he told me my payment would be 188 a month and when I went to get the cash for the down payment he said after he put everything in the payment went up to 208. I was taken advantage of because I didnt know what to look for and they saw they could get the extra grand. Im actually looking for another car now and will not even look at what they have because of how my first experience was handled.

THIS PLACE IS THE BEST PLACE EVER!! My BF and I have been trying to find a non shady dealership. This is THE place to go. They were able to answer all of my questions honestly. (if they didnt have an answer they told me so). We went up there yesterday and talked to Moe (very nice and funny guy) he let us take the car out for a test drive, and we loved it. They have a fantastic return policy. THE FACT THAT THEY EVEN HAVE ONE IS AWESOME When we returned we mentioned that there was a noise coming from the back. Moe promised that he will fix it. He didnt try to haggle us at all with the trade in price. Moe shook our hands and the VERY next day we went back and and bought the car.We sat down with Nagi (so sorry if i spelled that wrong). He was equally a nice and funny guy. He helped us with finding the best financing policy.He gave me a cup of coffee, some delicious cookies from his home country, laughed with us while we were waiting for the paper work to be completed. the two of them made us feel very comfortable buying a car from them! OH the noise in the back WAS fixed when we got their 24hrs later! They are true to their word! For the ONE person that gave them 1 star and said that they are shady ... i feel like YOU tried to hustle them and they didnt fall for your BS! Treat others how you want to be treated!! these guys are true hard working and down to earth people. Thank you guys so much for your help with car today :)

I would do business with this company all over again. The entire staff at this dealership is very honest ( hard to come by these days). I got the car of my dreams an 07 Civic Ex. I bought off impulse and just agreed to every contract term because I was so excited about the vehicle purchase. I had to go back to pick up my old car and the car salesman Calvin was kind enough to keep an eye on my vehicle across the parking lot at Pepboys while it was parked for 24 hours because I am a Maryland State buyer, I trusted him enough to leave my old car keys with him until I could come back for my previous vehicle. I went back 1 day later to adjust the contract terms to get and pick up my old car. Nothing to me struct me as shady about any of the Staff. This dealer only sells TOP of the line. They are very honest people and they deserve an A+ for customer satisfaction and quality product. I would recommend this dealer to inexperienced buyers because they really do take the time to explain every detail to you of what is happening with your purchase. Very flexible dealer, they will work with you to find the car of your dreams. Thanks guys, Regards Stephen
