So this is my story( warning) for all you google+ users . My father purchased a car from here I helped him with the whole process . We started by talking to joesph morin who helped us with the majority of the deal. I told him we had a good amount of money we had plan to put down and I asked if we could bring a check.... But he insisted that I bring in cash ( that should of been the red light for me) but I did as he asked . He also insisted I worked with only one sales person idk why. But we did so everything was good till. About 3 months later my father told me to put the contract away in his safe but my curiosity was itching me to review it. Thank god I did! On the contract it stated that we only put down $9,000 when we really put down $13,000!! Can you believe that. Where did my money go? No body could give me answers. No one answered my called emails or voice mails mr. Morin drop off the face of the planet. Now my lawyer will be handling this! You have been warned dont waste your hard earn money in this place to have it go missing with no one held accountable.

Initiated contact by email and was promptly greeted by Frank Levine. Im 2 hours away in North Jersey and Frank promised he would pay for a tank of gas if he didnt give me an offer I couldnt refuse. He hooked me up with Robert Brennan, who was a real pleasure to deal with. The F-Pace was really over my budget, but it was my dream car. After going back and forth (no cheap dealership tactics) we were able to come up with an agreement. Having the benefit of Affinity Federal Credit Union helped as well. In summary, I am very satisfied with the treatment and respect I was treated. The finance manager was very professional as well, cant remember her name. Got a good deal on my trade, a decent discount and great finance by my credit union. Will be back in a couple of years... and strongly recommend. Note I cant speak for service as I am too far away to have my vehicle serviced there. A couple of week later I received a gift certificate from Kramer Portraits worth $2,500.

I drive 45 miles first to buy my last two Jaguars and would not go anywhere else. I just had it serviced and as always the service could not get any better. You can always count on Loraine Milosevic and Paul Hignutt to give you great service and the Price is always honest and fair. My Jag is my pride and joy and they treat it like that. Thank You Loraine and Paul 4/23/2015 I had trouble with my Jaguar XKR called Loraine she talked me through the steps to get it started and than set up an appointment diagnosed the problem replaced the battery and gave the Jag a complete check over and even fixed my cigarette lighter. The service was fast and complete and the price was very fare. Loraine is fantastic and is always very pleasant and knows her Jaguars. You can buy a car anywhere but the service after is what counts . I was talking to a gentleman from North Jersey he drove 1 and half hours to buy a car from Cherry Hill Jaguar and Loraine was the reason .

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. They grossly misrepresented the vehicle online, and when viewed in person refused to refund my money. Obviously the story is far more complex but at the end of the day after I sent a friend to review the car, and I found issues they refused to refund my money and shipped the car across country even though I asked them not to. The owner stated that it was "too hard to sell a car like this during the winter in NJ" so the car was mine. Note that the sales person, stated he would return my money.. but the owner superseded this. Remember that most car dealership can offer the same deals.. its just a retailer of a brand. You go to a dealership for the service, and I can assure you that if things dont go smoothly that the owner will not act ethically. Shop elsewhere for your new/used car!

I bought my Mercedes C63 AMG at Cherry Hill Jaguar on 7/30/16. My salesman was Martin Dawson and I definitely recommend him. Because my purchase was from out of state, I could not avoid taking some chances, regarding the car and regarding the handling of the purchase. Well, a week later, I just have finished having the car professionally evaluated and my opinion was confirmed, its a very healthy, well maintained vehicle, it was a good purchase. Martin is not a high pressure type of a salesman, another plus in my opinion and a reason for which I became serious in buying this car. Then I got help from Joe Morin with the financing, he put a lot of effort into making the numbers work for me and Jeff Feinberg processed the paperwork. If I am asked by friends, I will recommend this place, even if its a bit far from where I live.

Dont mind my silly screen name. The professionalism and shear friendliness, of everyone working in this dealership is top notch. Martin Dawson was my salesman. Great guy I couldnt recommend him enough, friendly and was never pushy. Him and Lisa even stayed late to get me the car I really wanted and push fair financing for me. Not just get me into something to drive and get out. Frank the manager greeted me in person. I didnt feel like a customer, words cant describe how pleasant they made the car buying experience. And what they did to get me into the car I bought, it was above and beyond anything a dealership has done for me before. If I have the option in the future I will absolutely be buying from here again. Professionalism, friendliness, and no hassle. This place is an idustry standard in buying cars.

Terrible place that does the basic bait and switch! My wife and I wanted a Jaguar XF and the salesman Joe explained that he had the same year XJ/L (a much more expensive model) coming in the following week at the same price. We emphasized that we only wanted to spend in the mid $40s and he said this one would be $45,000 or $46,000. So today right before we drove the hour to get there ready to buy with our car title in hand for our trade and checkbook for the balance, I called and asked for the exact price and he said it was $53,000! Of course I cancelled the purchase. Joe could only giv a lame excuse that he didnt remember who told him the price last week. This is so typical. I had high hopes that they were different. So be careful if you go there to buy a car

I was looking for a 2009 Jaguar XF for about 2 years for a reasonable price and when I finally found the one I was looking for online it so happened to be for CherryHill Classic Cars, I put my request in for the car and Oleg promptly responded to my request and was dillegent in making the deal with me and my new 2009 Jaguar XF as smooth as possible. Its been a week now and Im absolutley in love with my car and I must say the service and hospitality from CherryHill Classic Cars and Oleg was exceptional, Id recommend anyone looking for a Jaguar or any other vehicle that they may have to come to Cherry Hill Classic Cars and ask for Oleg and leave the rest up to him.
