I bought several pre-owned vehicles over the years and have learned that you can judge the quality of a dealer when something goes wrong. We bought a 2006 Volvo XC90 Wagon that was in amazing condition both inside and out. It was also priced very aggressively when compared to local vehicles (I live on Cape Cod). I wasnt too thrilled with the idea of driving 2.5 hours to look at car but after calling and speaking with Charles I decided to make the trip. The XC90 was just as he promised: Nice paint, clean interior, cold A/C, new tires and so on. We made a deal on the car. After driving the car for a few days the transmission started to clunk. Having the words "transmission" and "Volvo" in the same sentence isnt usually a good thing. I called and spoke with Josh and he assured me that it would be taken care of. A transmission replacement in an XC90 is almost what I paid for the vehicle, I wasnt sure if Josh was aware of that but he told me to bring the car in. I made arrangements and left the car with him. He was always in contact with updates and told me that they were going to replace the transmission and that I would have a six month warranty on the transmission. I was expecting him to tell me to return the vehicle for a refund (which would have been a bummer since the car is so nice). They had the transmission replaced, test drove the car for three days. While they were in there they also changed a drive shaft joint that was wearing from the transmission slamming. The invoice, with their discount, was $3689.92. Needless to say they did not make money on the vehicle after paying the bill. What really impressed me was that Josh was still eager to get me into the car, showed empathy for my situation and never, not once, complained about how he had to pay to fix it. Im a customer for life and will tell anyone about Union Street that will listen. Next time Im looking for a pre-owned I going to call them up and tell them what Im looking for and let them find it for me. Its the best dealer experience I have ever had (both new and pre-owned). They are all about making customers instead of just flipping cars. Thank you!

I found Josh to be incredibly helpful as I searched for a CR-V. I really liked their selection, the laid-back sales style, the helpful information, and the genuine interest in my business. It was easy to navigate to the location from 90/91 and the whole experience was fun and informative. Josh and his business partner used to work in dealerships and have a lot of valuable insider knowledge to share. I would have loved to buy my car from Union Street, ultimately I found the right car for me elsewhere, but I would highly recommend anyone in the western mass area to stop by Union Street and let Josh walk you through some options.

We bought a Toyota Camry from Union Street about 2 months ago and were very pleased with the whole process.
