Roger is a great salesman and a very nice person, but the car that he sold me is extremely un-reliable. After the first week of ownership I had multiple problems. Seeing that those problems happened within the first 30 days, they were luckily covered under warranty. However, the problems did not stop there. Although the warranty ran out, the problems continued. After a mere six-month ownership, I have spent over $3,000 in repairs, including a rusted-out oil pain, bad pinion bearings, transmission fluid leaks, bad starter, rusted out faulty electoral connections and am currently dealing with defective fuel pump problems (that is not the entire list). I am not sure if it is just the car that I bought or if they do not inspect the cars properly before re-selling them, but I do know that the car that I have purchased from them is nothing but unreliable and headache/stress causing. Reply to Dealer: I repeat, this dealership is not good. After writing this reply, they did reach out to me and we tried to figure out what to do, but they were far from helpful. They, in a lack of better words, were raising their voices at me, telling me why they could not help me and that the problems I have been dealing with are expected when buying a used car. I completely understand that you will experience some problems from buying a used car, but the amount of problems that I have been dealing with is unheard of. I would not suggest buying a car from this company, even to my worst enemy.

My name is actually Lymaris Cruz, I will recommend this dealer for people who can afford to pay $250 and up for a car. If you have bad credit thats what your payment will be regardless of how much you put down!!!! You can offer $2000 for a $9000 car but still will pay around $250 a month. They never go down that!! I applied for two different cars in two different occasions and noticed the payments never go down the $250!!! They will put you in the 36 months or 24 months if you have bad credit. So if you have bad credit and cant make big payments this is not the dealer for you!!!! I wish I could of have the Acura TL but trying with other dealers to see my options. Otherwise, Simone is awesome! Great customer service!

Roger was great to work with, very straight forward and up front! He did everything he said he was going to do before we took our car home and then some. We came down from Chicopee, MA, told him our budget and needs, and he put us in a great car at a great price and made sure we were happy before we brought it home. With two teenagers in the house, well definitely come here again as the kids need cars. Thanks Roger!!

Roger and the owners are the only ones who got me approved!! They worked with me and played no games! When they say they will get you approved they truly mean it and make sure everything is taken care of!! It was my first time buying a car and wasnt able to understand much of the financing lingo and they made me feel comfortable so I could understand it all!!

Ive dealt with many dealers and I must say the owner is 100% honest he gave me a great deal and did everything I asked to be done to the car before we left the lot. Extremely satisfied love my new van and I would definitely recommend and do business with him again. The owner and his staff were all very friendly. Great place to buy a car.

They told me I needed 500$ down for a down payment then when I showed up they tried telling me 1000 which they should of called and told me in the first place but even then my dad could literally see my application and they wrote 500$

If your looking for a honest place to buy a clean car I highly recommend this place. With our challenged credit we expected to get the treated like crap but Roger was polite, honest, upfront and let us know what we qualified for.
