I went in for service on my 2010 535Xi initially, the service was amazing, they accepted all the service deals from other dealerships (as advertised). My car looked great when finished. While waiting I wondered around the lot and spoke to a client advisor MICHAEL MACHADO (Im a big Os fan, so he had a leg up on everyone else) we discussed BMW bringing back the wagon and what was available. I explained why I wouldnt return to BMW of Atlantic City to purchase a key ring, and my horrible experience with them. After a lengthy chat we agreed that it wouldnt benefit my situation to trade my current vehicle for anything he had on the lot. He seemed unsettled with the fact that I felt mistreated by the previous dealership and made every effort to right the wrong, he remained professional and never made a derogatory comment about the other dealership. He told me he would keep an eye out for what I wanted and run the numbers before he called or emailed me anything he found. Over the course of 5 weeks he found a few vehicles that he knew Id like, but probably couldnt afford so he left them out until he found what may work. He never used dirtbag car salesman tactics by showing me things that would over extend my budget to get me excited and come in for a test drive. He actually advised me on the financial process and mapped out all my options so I could make an informed decision. The whole team was extremely pleasant and ensured my comfort while I waited for my car to be detailed. Michaels assistant Stephanie Repko has a great knowledge of the products she works with. She took me for my test drive and informed me of all the extras the vehicle had, knew HP/TRQ values, what upgrades were available and a huge plus of being able to talk about sports and baseball history (huge plus). Looking like Olivia Wilde didnt hurt either. All in all a great experience, would recommend this dealership to anyone who asks. I wish I wasnt moving away...

We had an issue with the wipers on our 09 X3. They were not operating properly on intermittent and the rain sensor positions. While in Florida the car had a cracked windshield. BMW of Ft. Myers made all arrangements to have windshield replaced. All was good or so we thought. During trip back to NJ we realized the wipers were still not working properly. Took car to BMW of Mt. Laurel and was told that the rain sensor part of the windshield was not reinstalled properly in Ft. Myers. Mt. Laurel dealer repaired at a cost to us of $799.88. I was ready to go after the windshield guy at that point. On our return trip to Florida the following week we realized that the wipers were still not working properly. They were either on or off, no rain sensor or intermittent wipers. Upon our return to Ft. Myers I returned to the Dealer there and and upon further inspection by them they found out that the windshield that was replaced was defective and needed replacement. There was nothing wrong with the rain sensor and that what we paid for in Mt. Laurel was totaly unnecessary. We were even charged $149.95 for diagnosis for what??? The Ft. Myers Dealer and the windshield company made good on 100% of their issue, were completely apologetic and went out of their way to make it right for us. They also contacted Mt. Laurel on our behalf to no avail. No call back or call to me as requested and assurances were given to the dealer. Now, I will reach out to the Mt. Laurel Dealer and see what they have to say. Poor follow up is what causes you to lose customers. We do spend half the year in NJ and in Florida. We will be shopping soon for a new car that wont be purchased in Mt. Laurel for sure. After discussions with Sal the Service Manager at BMW of Mt. Laurel they have refunded our $799.88 charge in total and apologized for the incident to try and make things right. It is appreciated.

The most enjoyable car buying experience Ive ever had! I purchased a 2015 X5 that had "just arrived" and gone theough the inspection to qualify as CPO. They had time to wash it but not detail it. The car is beautful. I did notice a few issues: the chrome wheels were marked up pretty good with "curb rash", the cargo cover and owners manual were missing, there was a squeaking coming from underneath the car and a small dent in the rear bumper. After my test drive, the car was taken back to the service area. When the Client Advisor returned, I was expecting the usual "too bad, its a used car" that Id received from other dealerships. I was pleasantly surprised! The wheels would be refinished, the squeak was from a bushing that would be replaced, the Owners Manual and a new cargo cover would be provided and, most surprising, the dent would be repaired! I purchased the car on a Saturday so I had to bring it back to have the service completed. Theyve provided a courtesy vehicle while my car is being pampered at the BMW Spa. What an amazing experience! Ive bought several used cars and never experienced this level of customer service. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a BMW or any other car they may have at the dealership! The "no pressure" attitude is a nice change as well as their prices (several thousands less than most Philadelphia dealerships). I specifically recommend you ask for Client Advisor Kacey Crivaro!! He made sure I was kept informed of the status of the service being performed and, most importantly, he treats customers with respect and wants them to be happy with their purchase. This customer is extremely happy!

Very unpleasant experience at 1220 New Jersey 73, Mt Laurel, NJ 08054 BMW dealership. I wanted to buy a M3, people recommended me that New Hersey dealership. I went there, the manager told me they wont sell the car to me because they only sell the car to locals, if they sell the car to me, it will harm other dealerships benefits. Then I called every single dealership near me, none of them have M3 in stock, and none of them are willing to trade M3s with other dealers. Then I called that New Jersey dealership again. The sales person told me they only sell cars to people within 15 miles, and then he told me his manager is unlikely to sell the M3. Then I found out my address is 14 miles from the dealership, I called another sales person again, she told me they have no problem selling me the car. So I drove there, found a sales person, his attitude wasnt nice (compare to sales person in Mercedes), he asked if Im able to afford the car, of course Im able to, otherwise why Im I in the dealership! Then he asked if Im going to export the car, I said no! And I believe he checked the exporters list, my name is definitely not on the list because I dont export cars! Then he asked his manager to come, I asked why I cant purchase the car, what is the problem? He said theres no problem, we just want to sell the car to locals or previous customers. I was planning to buy the car the next day, and he said he wants to save the car for other customers! This is ridiculous! I felt like I its because Im an Asian, and suspect that Im an exporter! It is very disappointing.
