HORRIBLE company! in 2014 they sold me a 2007 saturn ion with recalls and a list of other problems. The steering would stop working and they refused to fix it, the car would stall all the time, then it overheated. luckily GM dealer did fix the recall for the steering... for free. They made me purchase full coverage and "Gap" insurance for if i was in an accident and was upside down..Their "make a payment" service never worked, and i had to go down there every month to pay. They knew I would be upside down since they sold me a $4,000 car for $13,000. A couple months later, a guy ran a red light and totaled my car. It took them forever to settle with the insurance. Finally they received a check and i had to sign it over to them, from my insurance. I was told the car was almost paid off from geico, and the GAP insurance would not only cover the rest but give me money to get into a new car.. They never communicated with me and lied multiple times on the phone. Apparently without my knowledge Theyre reporting on my credit report every month that I owe them money that i do not. Not only did they not get my into another car, or clear what i owed like i was told, they have RUINED my credit.

Horrible place to buy a car had tbis car only a month and had them replace the radiator the alternator and a crap load of stuff with the tires but all in all they did pay for it to be fixed nothing came out of my pocket. But still i was very stressed and still am. Now i have to take it back casue its making more noise from the tires and i have a laege air hose leak i talkig with a lawyer to see if i can get it under lemon law

Just got my girlfriend another car because the company she was dealing with before was a headache. The staff at Sullivan Motors are helpful polite and have great quality cars. Sullivan Motors is a great alternative to the mainstream dealership experience. Its fast and friendly. The cars on the lot are all in great condition and are checked out thoroughly by the mechanics. If your credit is an issue and you dont want to be treated like it is but want a nice car this is the place to go. Highly recommended !
