Found vehicle I was looking for on the web and they had one. Called and was told they needed to go over vehicle and that it would be ready for my review next day. They replaced the battery the morning that I arrived to test drive. I arrived and went for a test drive. Car drove and rode well. Was told that there was an issue with dome light staying on that they addressed that as well as a "weak battery". Looked over vehicle thoroughly and purchased. Within two days and less than 100 miles, check engine light came on followed by the door ajar light. Went to Auto Zone to read code. Code was for 0402 catalytic converter issue. Disconnected battery to clear code, three days later check engine light came on again. Same reading. Dealer stated that car was purchased "as is". I acknowledged that, but told them that they or someone there saw that the check engine light was on, and replacing the battery temporarily cleared the code. Per sales person, the owner would not accept any responsibility. So I had to replace the catalytic converter to pass PA inspection. Total cost for repair was $698. I asked for $350 which I thought was fair since they cleared the code, and no one would buy the vehicle with the check engine light on, let alone the door ajar light intermittent. I wrote to owner and still no reply. The door ajar was a switch which I repaired myself, but it appears that they covered up the check engine light. I paid more than $7,000 for the vehicle, so even though it was bought as is, it should have been a decent car. I want to alert everyone buying a used car from this dealer to be sure that they ask to plug a code reader into the vehicle so that you do not get burned like me. Its just not good business practice. If I would have bought the car with the check engine light on is one thing, hiding it by replacing the battery is another. Or was it incompetent mechanics? Thinking that they fixed it by replacing the battery. Either way, paying for half the cost would have been the least they could do. And the right thing.

I had an awesome experience a few weeks ago when I bought my new used 2009 Camry at Omega Auto in Berlin and I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a used vehicle to shop there. Ive done countless amounts of research in the past 2 months (as most people would when it comes to buying a used car) and they are HANDS DOWN the best used dealership within over 20 miles. I originally stopped by to look at a different car but ended up falling in love with my Camry, thanks to the help of Angie, the saleswoman there. She was able to recognize my car needs, and helped me realize that the Camry was a better fit for my situation, not to mention IT WAS CHEAPER THAN THE FIRST CAR I LOOKED AT! It made me feel good that this place actually cares about what the customer wants and not just about the money like most dealerships. Angie was extremely nice, helpful, and most of all HONEST, which you dont find at many other places. She answered all of my questions in a very professional manner and when she didnt know the answer to a particular question of mine then she promptly went off to ask someone else and she quickly got back to me with the proper information. I spoke to pretty much every employee in the building from the girl Michelle in finance who helped me reach the monthly payments I wanted, without having to put more money down than I wanted to... to the service manager (Eddy I believe his name was) who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when I went to him with a few questions I had.... I also got to speak to the owner, which again doesnt happen at other dealerships. The entire experience was just absolutely great, everyone there made me feel like they actually cared about my wants and needs and they all did everything they could to work around what I wanted. Ive never felt so at home and welcomed at a dealership and I will definitely be coming back when my wife decides to get a new car. Thank you so much everyone at Omega!

I dont think there is a dealership employees more incompetent that this one. Bought a car and got my plates about 50 days after! They gave me temporary plates for 20 days, reminded them that my plates are about to expire and didnt even bothered to issues me another set of plates... not even an answer about the plates. Sent paperwork to DMV 4 times, first 3 at wrong department and incomplete documents, last time with sale tax calculated wrong. WTF?! Sales tax? Not to mention that this forth time was because I went to the DMV and asked them where to send the paperwork and send them (dealership) an email with all the details and address and phone number. And only after that they somehow managed to get my plates. Yeah, and now they dont wanna pay my insurance and car payment for that month that I was not able to use my car because of them! One word of advice: STAY AWAY FROM THEM !!!

Both gentlemen at Omega Auto Group were very helpful and disclosed all information about the two vehicles we were looking at. They showed us the car fax on both vehicles and also had their mechanic take another look before my daughter purchased the vehicle. At any used car dealership you always know you are purchasing an older vehicle that could have some issues. Most of the vehicles at any used car lot would be sold as is. At least here they try to ensure your safety and show you all of the data on that car. Look over the car with their mechanic before you pull off the lot. I want to say that both Carlo and Carlos took very good care of us (purchased the Mazda Protege)

After negotiating to an agreed price that included additional services I purchased a vehicle from this dealer. After they took my money they would not honor the additional services as they promised. When I called back to set up appointment for the service they gave me the run around and put owner on the phone who said because I negotiated with him he would not honor it. These people have no good business ethics and are not honest and will do and say whatever to make a sale. Do not give them your time or business!

What a great experience! Everyone was very friendly and the service manager was super knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The owner actually came out and introduced himself to me by name which I feel is very inviting. After meeting with the salesman I found a car, reviewed my finance options and I purchased a great car that looks and runs perfect. I will definitely be going through this dealership in the future and I highly recommend anyone looking for a high end used car to check them out.

I went to buy a car from them. Let me tell you something ! As soon as I walked into the doors I was greeted very well. The offered me a deal I couldnt refuse ! The financial manager I believe her name was Michelle helped me tremendously. The salesman helped me find the best car suitable for me. I highly recommend this dealership if anyone is looking for good used cars. Thank you Omega auto !
