This location is the worst of all the branches. I have done business with drive time in the past and have love the experience. The PA location is the absolute best. They listen to my needs and acted accordingly. The customer service and Corp relation were extremely helpful and assisted me all the way. I really dont understand how two locations with the same training and customer service training give absolutely different service. The location in Williams Town customer service is terrible not only does the GM, Terrence spends his day calling customer service for his credit cards but yet he felt it was professional and ok to talk about "Duke" from the PA office in a very unprofessional way saying that he is a problem employer of drive time and that they produce more then PA and not just once but consistently to the point I asked him to stop. For some reason he really has a negative mind about the location in PA. Which I dont understand why. The vehicle that I received from the Williams Town location was fine for the test drive but after I did my paperwork and took it home it smoked, engine light flashing and would not go over 40 miles. I had just drove from the Williams Town location and this happened. Mean while I live 2 hrs away. So now I call them I was told to go thru the warranty company to repair and that things like that happens all the time. Now Im upset. Not only did I need to get to work but now I needed to take time off to get a vehicle fixed??? The gm was very uncaring and very cold hearted. I was told that I could bring the vehicle back nor get my deposit back of near $4000.00 back but it was now his issue. In contacting the warranty company I was told that they only have two in New Jersey which is pep boys on 22 in union or in Hazlet nj anyone else that I get out of "network" I would have to pay on my own. Remind you neither of the location are near me. Smh. So I called Customer service several times now Im taking cabs and Uber to work which is 45 from my home for a week. I was then told by customer service that they would allow me five days from the day of purchase to return and allow me to get something else. Thats fine but I work. So I now had to take off from work again. I call the Williams Town location because thats the location in which I purchased the smoking Volvo from. I speak with Darell the sales person which is training to say anything that get u into the location. Wants me to return I remind him I dont live near at all and really dont want to waste my day between driving there and sitting there. And that I really was uncomfortable being there because the GM spent most of his time talking negative about the staff from pa location and that I really dont want to deal with that. And besides is the GM comes off very arrogant and yet uncaring he promised I wouldnt have a issue. I returned and sat there for over two hours after they had someone look at the vehicle. Then I was told that they could put me into a compact car for more money down. Now Im livid. I ask for my money back and I was told by the GM that I could get it back because they offered me something. Then Im told that if I return the smoking, 40 miles, driver window doesnt work, horn doesnt work the inside roof cover coming down vehicle I would have to pay almost $500.00 for milage remind you Im two hours away and this is my second trip. Im now discussed I contact corporate. Corporate apologizes and send me to the PA location which is about 1 hr from Williams Town location. And they were the complete opposite I love love love love the PA location. The Williams Town location needs a new GM because he really lacks customer service and professionalism badly. Please remove him or your numbers there will not increase. Which I was there both times people were re- turning there vehicles with temp tags on them. He likes to walk around saying he is the GM but he does absolutely nothing that defines it. If you looking for perfessional staff, caring staff, and good cars go to PA.

The experience we had at Drive time with Ernest was Great. Until the check engine light came on in the car we just purchased. I returned the car to Drive time and Mike instantly handed me a aeverex card and basically told me to do what I had do. I then proceeded to call aeverex I was then instructed to go find a shop myself. I found a shop in town and they were great. The problem I had with the car was temporarily handled. A week or so later the problem was back. I had to report to MVC because I had to get the car inspected low and behold the car failed inspection. I reported right back to Drive Time if I understood this process correctly they are in breach of there contract because the car didnt pass inspection. I spoke with the manager and all I received was excuses we are the middle man, all we do is sell the cars, one excuse after another. Horrible customer service. They offered no solution expect a number to corporate and a aeverex card. I find this unacceptable cop-out. This is not the way you do business. If this issue is not resolved I will be contacting the BBB. Customers shouldnt have to do all the leg work this should have been done. I would just like to know why you would sell a person a car that cant pass State inspection?

Our vehicle from Drive Time has been nothing but a headache to my husband and I. They push for you to write a review on the service as soon as you purchase before the true colors of their negligence shows. The first week of having our vehicle Pep Boys revealed all of the work that needed to be done and paid out of pocket by us! Customer Service was not very helpful just wanting to try to stall past the warranty dates so its completely out of their hands. Would not allow us to return the vehicle when we expressed our dissatisfaction having to take it to the mechanic shop three times in one month. Please be aware of this place! Test drive your vehicle on open roads and look thoroughly in every crevice. They do a great job hiding the wrongs to make the sale instead of just being honest.

My over all experience was very good! My husband and I both got approved instantly which I could not believe due to my credit!!! The sales reps Kendrick and Solomon were very helpful and courteous. They really do try to work with you and find the best solution to whatever your credit situation is. My husband and I left satisfied with our purchase so far. Solomon was our sales rep and he took care of us the best he could. If I had to make one complaint it would how the management appeared to not be in good communication with the sales rep. There was a couple of misleading conversations that caused a little bit of a hiccup but again Solomon took care of us! I will definitely be recommending anyone I know looking for a car and have credit issues!
