This has to be the worst place to purchase a vehicle from. They are beyond unprofessional, and dont keep track of your payments to only call harassing you to give them more money. Ive been with this damn dealership for over 3 years you would think it would be easier but it seems to just get harder. They pretend to be understanding and are people to work with you and are all smiles until you leave the dealership with your car. Half of the vehicles dont have inspection stickers on them and nearly every car on the lot need work done. They tell you theyre going to fix it everything is free within the first 30 days of purchase yea theyll fix one thing on it then give you the run around about when they can fix the next. Then give you a date to get more work done after the 30 days to then charge you for it. The cars are overly priced half the features they originally came with dont work and they still have the nerve to charge full price. What a rip off huh!? I went through 3 cars with them because the transmission blew after 8 months with the first one and the second had so many issues I spent over $5,000 in repairs and it still needed work done so they said bring it in and trade it to only screw me over with the new one. NEVER again will I even think of getting another vehicle from here nor will I refer anyone to his dump/scam they call a dealership.

I spoke with Jeff over offer up app an he assured me he could get me into a reliable suv or van. The next day I went to NJ driving from philadelpha only to find one vehicle on the lot that started up which was a 2004 jeep. Sense signing paper work the jeep has been in the shop. Getting radio, transmission an transmission mount to now not knowing what is wrong. Every day there are more excuses to what the next step has been. Driving back an fourth on a almost twice a week basis no one has assisted with tole or gas for the vehicles given as a sold called loaner. Even the loaner care are not safe to drive. I went in there 9 months pregnant trying to prepare. An they couldnt even look at that to make.sure my kids an I were driving off safe. Finally gave us a 07 Volvo as a loaner. An one minute said once they get the title for that we can jus have that as it has the space that we really need. Talk to them today an it has to go through the bank. Everyday its a different excuse. Waiting for tomorrow to cancel this contract. I have spoken to my lawyer. An from.all the many visits. I am.not the only one taking this guy to court for poor service. Not really sure how u have a lot full of cars that dont work.

Let me just start off by saying that this place is an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE !!!! I have never felt the need to write a good or bad review about anywhere, but this place just takes the cake. The staff there is very rude they dont care about customer satisfaction and neither does the owner (jeff) I wouldnt call him much of any kind of boss. I dont know what boss would threaten to hit a customer or call them a horrible name. I just want anyone to know that whoever is even thinking about buying a car from there dont even waste your time. All the cars there are nothing but a piece of crap and are basically lemons, they dont even fix your car they just come up with excuse after excuse and make you think that the car is fixed, so your best bet is that you should consider going to another buy here pay here instead of giving these idiots your hard earned money. This place needs to be shut down immediately !!!! I may not be a customer there, but I just want to say thank you for making me never want to buy from there ever.

My experience with Auto Depot was far from satisfactory. When I signed my bill of sale it was stated that they would be fixing the body work and painting my car since it was covered in rust spots. Once that was finally taken care of only one part of the body work was actually fixed and they "painted" it by what appeared to be a paint bush. Even I know thats not how you paint a car. They didnt even paint all of the rust spots. Whenever I would call to find out the status of my car theyd say itll be done by 5pm or waiting for me in the morning. That wasnt the case, and they told me that for a week straight. When I finally went to pick up my car they said to give them 10 minutes to clean it. 30 minutes later my car was brought to me dirty and wet. It seemed all they did was wet it and shake off my front two floor mats. The inside was covered in dirt, and not how I left it. They smoked in my car and Im not a smoker so they really angered me. I would not recommend anyone purchase a car here.

Took my friend to get his first car her last Wednesday, The younger guys that work there were very helpful at first. My friend signed the paperwork for a 1998 Honda Accord. As we were signing the paperwork the younger worker told us that he had to replace the battery because it was going bad. He "said" that he replaced it. Not even 10 minutes of pulling off the lot the car died. They came out and replaced it again. the next day the car died again. Now its excuse after excuse that these people say there is something else wrong with the car. I called the place yesterday because it wouldnt start again and the younger guy hung up on me 3 times. Told me that its not his problem to fix the problem anymore. This place is absolutley terrible. DONT EVER GO AND BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE.

WATCH OUT CROOKS. TERRIBLE place sold us crap then replaced it with crap had the cops come there and ask for our money back they still refused the owner jeff left when the cops came because he is a coward. Salesman Joe and Kevin are liars will tell you everything is good and they fix whatever issues there are but after they make the sale they will say not my responsibily. Joe had me back the car out and off the lot because he couldnt do it without hitting other cars and kev just bummed smokes from me the whole time. When they say they will fix your car it means they will go to junk yard find a cheap peace and use that. Mostly bad reviews and the good ones are funny because they are from people that work their and their families.

I bought my car from them July 28, 2015 and my car has been to the shop more than me actually driving my car my car was supposed to get fixed the only thing that was wrong with it..supposedly was the trunk handle needed to be fixed and the air conditioner.. And I kept getting excuses that they need needed to order parts and then also they said that the heating part was also no good they had to fix that and they had to take that apart my whole dashboard..here it is five days later August 14 and my car went into the shop on August 10 and I still do not have my car back... And their motto is customer satisfactory they dont care about their customers nothing about the whole situation is satisfactory ...
