*Key words here: STAY AWAY.* One star because I have to. This is the classic example of a used car dealer. Just a bunch of thiefs and shady characters. I was looking to sell my Jeep Grand Cherokee. They use the KBB system, so you can go to KBBs website and get a quote, which is what I did. The site then directed me to this dealer. Once I sat down with an employee, who honestly looked like he was in High School, but that isnt an issue. He started asking all the same questions the website asked me. I peeked at his computer screen and he was using the same website. Now I dont know if dealers have a different variation, but there were no differences in the questions. KBB said the vehicle could be anywhere from $3,500 - $5,600 in private sale. For a dealer to purchase it would require an inspection. This is why I was there. He walked outside to do the "inspection". He kicked my tires, checked my blinkers did a 360 walk around then came in and said he couldnt give me an offer. Thats fine, cant win them all. What isnt fine is why? No real inspection, never popped the hood, no test drive. No effort.

Bought a car here 2 years ago and they led me on to believe the car was never in an accident but it was very clear it was broken glass under the trunk carpet and floor mats, body panels which eventually worked themselves uneven. sales man said that the owner was not there while I was but he would call me and send the carfax and explain the free car detail and oil change for the life of the vehicle. I still have yet to even receive a hey thanks for purchasing a car from us card or phone call. I would never buy a car from here again and was the worse car buying experience I have had. And usually I wont ever post something bad about a company but they did not even try to please the customer.

Saw their ads on Facebook and Cargurus, their prices seemed too good to be true. Showed up, saw the car, and was very impressed with the salesperson (Brian) and his knowledge of the vehicle. I was waiting for the "catch" but there wasnt Inez. The price was exactly what the advertised. They dont negotiate but they had the lowest price within 100 miles of my house so I dont mind that at all. I was approved for finance and drove my new Audi home within an hour. Great rate, great payment, excellent service. The Owner (David) is a really nice, funny, genuine person. I will repeat and send lots of people their way. Paul D

Being in my 60s and having done this many times in my life I have to honestly say that this was the best car buying experience Ive ever had! Spoke to the Internet Manager Nick about a couple cars on there website, he went over everything with me, helped me select the perfect car for me, got my loan approved in less than an hour and scheduled my test drive! I went in the same day and left with my 2013 Chrysler 200! I love it and love my experience with Car Mart

Let me take my time. Answered all my questions. Explained the financing so I understood everything! Just a really nice man who was patient with an older lady like myself! He was very professional, did not pressure us, understood our situation and encouraged us that they would do everything they could get us in an affordable and decent vehicle. Bad business.. car was a flood from hurricane sandy.. after a month the car was having electrical problems so I took it to the dealership to get looked at under the "factory warranty" and they noticed the rusted floors under the carpets.. be careful buying anything from this place. Keep in mind that "CarFax" cannot prove a flooded or wreaked car if it was never reported!

Dont come here if you want good service. Store was empty and no one had the nerve to approach us INSIDE the store. The salesperson was rude and expected us to purchase the car without any questions. Rather my spend money at a dealership that will take the time and effort with your purchase. And dont be fooled by their online prices, its after "trade in".

The salesman are really horrible when any problem occurs. I would tell anyone interested in buying to sprint not just walk away. They sell crap at the highest price they can, cars that are not worth even close to what they charge. They take advantage of hard working people.

Horrible customer service, I made a cash purchase and its not passing inspection. What I wanted to know is were do I start with getting it fixed? Im sure they knew about these problems before they sold it. Please save yourself the headache! Buy somewhere else.

Never bought a car here but wouldnt after watching the new years eve show. The host showed his true colors making Jerks of the ppl driving the cars because they missed the "blue line" I hope it made him feel important because it made him look like an idiot.
