Ok... So I NEEDED a car... BAD!! I had gone to so many different dealerships throughout Philly and Jersey and it all seemed so dim. I didnt have a ton of money for a down payment, my cedit isnt perfect, and I most certainly didnt want a crazy car note! This place was heaven sent!! The salesman by the name of Jack came to Philly to pick me up (along with my 4yr old and newborn!) and take me to this dealership... He and Don went through car after car and picked out about 5 for me to choose from before they even called me... So no time was wasted! When I got to the dealership Don worked and worked and worked for a little over 4hrs to take down the price and work the number so that I could afford the car payments, and insurance... Lol he even spent time talking to my 4yr old daughter as well as giving her a coloring book and crayons lol... I picked out a blue, 1 owner, 2010 Chevy HHR with 80k miles, no accidents, no damage, clean title, and in amazing condition! I hate driving long distances... Don got all my paperwork done, explained it as well as answered all my questions. He gave me copies of every single thing that day and the next day came all the way from Maple Shade to North Philly in order to drop the car off and make things more convenient for me!! LOVE THIS PLACE!! I LOVE THE PEOPLE AND THE SERVICE IS AMAZING... I WILL SEND EVERYONE THEIR WAY!!! Thanks Guys... Your awesome!

Absolute worst customer service I have ever received, I was hung up on TWICE! I made a friendly call to inquire about a vehicle listed online. I am located about 2 hours from your dealership and called to learn more about a vehicle you had for sale before I made the drive over to view and test drive it. The first gentleman hung up on me after I asked him "what the service team worked on or replaced on the vehicle to get it ready to sell on the lot?" Yes, he literally hung up the phone. So giving the benefit of the doubt, I called back. Another gentleman answered the phone. Before greeting me, I hear a man yelling in the background, something about "being fed up with all the bullshit." He then greets me, I explain Im not sure what happened but our call was disconnected. I once again inquired about the vehicle with a quick snappy response of "lists address" "come down and look at it." I informed him I was some distance away and wanted to find out more information before I came to the location to see the vehicle, but if he wasnt going to provide proper customer service, he cuts me, "oh my gosh!" and hangs up the phone. I am outraged at the service I received. It was entirely unacceptable!

They are theifs,scam artist and just plain out scum. I recommend that No one buy from them and if you do make sure you read everything your signing before you sign it. Also dont buy the warranty because it is useless. Everyone is rude and a liar. Once they have your money you are worthless to them and they will not help you nor honor anything they say they will. Read all reviews they are just horrible business men the only good reviews are from people who work there. Oh and watch your passwords if you use their computer because they try to save it and act like it was a accident. Worst experience ever buying something and that is the truth..cars aint worth even close to what they are selling them for. So when you get to deal with Donny and Michael you will see what everyone else is saying. Please please dont make the same mistake we all did?

I had a great retail experience. The salesman Frank was very knowledgeable and friendly. Don in finance was also a pleasure he showed me all figures and statements before entering and make sure I understood everything. Mike also called me to set up an appointment for the tires that they are paying for, awesome I certainly will recommend this place to anyone.

This dealership is a bunch of crooks and liars. They dont honor anything they say. They sell you piece of junk cars at outrageous prices. Please read everything you sign very carefully before signing. DO NOT buy from them you will be extremely disappointed. This place needs to be owned and operated by respectable people

They dont honor their word, they sold me a broken top for my jeep that they advertised as new, then refused to fix it. Told me they would fix the emergency break, then claimed it wasnt their responsibility. These people are no good, and once they have your Money youre forgotten! Stay away from this establishment!

Shady dealership. These cons tried selling my brother a used car that was deemed to have a clean carfax report when in fact the left rear quarter panel and bumper has visible damage. When he addressed this, the salesman accused him of damaging the vehicle and demanded payment for the damage

Poor customer service. Despite posted advertisements saying "we finance everybody", they couldnt do it for a car I was interested in. Asked about another, and was offered a car I wasnt interested in. Said they could finance the one I wanted, but never followed up with the numbers.

I had no problem with these guys bought two cars there. The problem is people expect these guys to do whatever they tell them. Met four of the guys there and they were all nice and no problems. Had to take a car back and they switched it with a more valuable car at same price.
