If it were possible to leave zero stars, trust that I would. I purchased a car from them awhile back.. The engine completely blew up after a week on the 3rd time the car was ever driven leaving me on the side of highway 295 with a trunk full of groceries & a 1 year old in the car seat. The owner Rick refused to give me my money back & kept trying to put me in another (more expensive with me paying the difference) car from the lot.. Took me 3 months of arguing & finally, threats of legal action to get my 5k deposit back in full, plus the 75$ for the tow..(Which they fought about giving me back to the fullest). I would say you are better off going to reputable dealer as there are plenty along that road. Good luck!

I want to continue explaining my nightmare with this dealer , Rick is such a terrible business man and has no problem robbing you and causing big inconveniences for you , I have had a check engine light on , on my Passat since the day I purchased the car and I believe he just recently paid me through inspection to cover himself , he has a team of idiots working on his cars and thats why they cant get my car straight , he is a terrible person to get a car from and I am going to warn everybody I come in contact with not to buy a car from here so no one has to go through the things Im going through caused by this lying , shady dealer

You need a used car go see these guys!! I just bought an 08 Toyota Corolla from them and love it . The price was fair and real easy financing . I was in and out in less then 2 hrs . When you go to Most car dealers you tell them where you want to be at Payment wise and they always try to bait and switch you to a more expensive price and high payment, not here. Rick really went out of his way to do the right thing and got me at the payment I needed to be at with a low down payment . Im couldnt be more satisfied with my purchase and experience at Certified Auto Outlet.

I gave them a $3000 deposit to hold a car for a couple days. Autocheck, not carfax, showed an accident. I asked them if I could take the car to a shop for an inspection to make sure everything was okay. They gave me an attitude and told me thats not going to happen and told me to come get my money back because Im wasting their time and they could have already sold it to someone else and they hung up on me. Completely unprofessional people. Dont go near this place.

Got my burbannnn!! I was searching for a 7 seater Chevy Suburban within my price range for what seems like forever. Not only were the professionals understanding and easy to work with, but they worked so quickly and helped me walk out with my new to me dream car.
