I had an iPad mini screen replaced on 7/13 and noticed a strange 1/2 inch crack in the top left area of the screen but it was not reaching the edge in any direction. I took the iPad back to the store yesterday (8/21) to ask them about it. I was told that it was very unlikely that it was a defect in the replacement screen and they felt it was a deep scratch. Today the crack has spread across the screen SO it is definitely not a scratch. I am disappointed that they were not able to distinguish between a crack and a scratch.

Magical Space Dump

Amazing guys. Came into to the store because I bought a Nintendo DS XL from the GameStop next door, however, the SD card was not inserted. I do not have the proper screwdriver to open it, however, Cell Phone Repair say they can offer to fix consoles, and since this was not technically a repair, he was able to insert the SD card free of charge, and also offer tips as well! Very nice guy! Highly recommended. Will come here again if I ever face a related or similar problem.

Verizon tried to get me to drop $300 to upgrade our iPhone 6 to the 7 when the touch screen went haywire. Paid $60 at CPR to have it cleaned/treated for water damage and the phone is working good as new. The two guys working were smart and friendly. I dropped my phone off at 10AM and had it back by 3PM that day. I will be taking my electronics there in the future. Thank you!

Mike and crew do a great job. Mike got all of my data off of a completely dead phone without a functioning screen and transferred that data to a new phone. Mike since has put screen protectors on a couple of our familys phones and recommended ways for me to save money. I would highly recommend CPR Cell Phone Repair Stow. Not sure how well they fix iPods or phones but the guy working there made us feel like we were an inconvenience even though we were his only customer. He didnt even look at the iPod and try and find the issue, he just looked up a price for parts and quoted a repair. Even if it was the best deal around, I would rather take my business to someone who actually cares.

HORRIBLE. these guys are scammers. they tried to tell me my screen was broken, when its brand new! and then cracked my screen as they were putting it back on.. then offered me TEN dollars off the original price of 85$ that they would charge for a new screen.. . do not go here! Super Nerds are much much better. these dudes are just bad business

I am very pleased with CPRs service and integrity. They are honest and trustworthy. On my initial visit, they did a diagnostic on a phone of mine that wouldnt charge. They simply cleaned it and said, "Its all good" and it cost me nothing. Such integrity is rare and I will bring all four phones on my plan to CPR-Stow for servicing.

Awesome, I went there for a repair on saturday (May 8th,2017) because my iphone 6s had a cracked screen. The staff had my phone screen fixed in the proposed time and even tested my phone to make sure everything was functional. I highly recommend this CPR (4301 Kent Rd, Stow Ohio).

Found a piece of plastic in my headphone jack and Mike let me use his tools on top of helping get it out. Once we got it out he offered us a 10$ coupon and didnt charge us a cent. Good honest people. Will be taking my electronics here from now on.
