Id like to give a BIG shout-out to Anthony, Mrs Tisha, Naomi, and Jennifer for not only helping me and my family out but showing how much you guys truly care! Ive had terrible dealings in the past with another used dealership. My last vehicle was a nightmare practically from day one. It had problems almost from the beginning, 3 months in the transmission completely went out, after fighting with them for 2 weeks to fix it (it was under warranty!) They reluctantly agreed, only to LOSE my car because they didnt know what mechanic shop they sent it to! Once they found it, it was gone for over a month because they had ordered the wrong replacement transmission not once, but TWICE! At J.D. Byrider in Longview, they PROVE to you what their intentions are. We were actually toured and shown their on site service center, and the rigorous process that all of their vehicles go through before they ever even make it to the lot for you to buy. They prove they are giving you reliability in a vehicle, a better vehicle, and they prove theyre there to help you with their service. They are absolutely there to help you succeed! Thanks guys! Visited the Longview location today for the second time. The first visit pretty much established that something would be worked out that I could get a car. However, when filling out the application many finances that I do not pay where added to the application. This caused my application to show I could not afford a car. So now I am in a situation where I will not have a car due to me putting my full trust in JD Byrider and them keeping their word. I do not pay any rent and 300 was added to the application due to I might move in three years. However, within the next two years I will have a teaching degree and be teaching with a better paying job. 125 dollars was added for gas yet I only pay 60 a month for gas and most of the time it isnt even that much. These guys are very crooked and I will never suggest that they guys be trusted again.

I cant say enough on how easy and affordable JD Byrider was. LaTonya Rossum was so helpful on the history of JD Byrider and knew the answer to every question I had. This woman is an asset to the company, and I only wish every company could have a woman like this. I cant help but brag to my family and friends on my new vehicle and how I got it with so little down. I have already referred a few people to check out JD Byrider and I plan on sending anyone and everyone that is looking to find a vehicle in the near future. The next best thing that I cant get off my mind is that I finally have something that gets reported on my credit. My payments are so cheap and affordable, there is no way I could screw this up. I know by next year this time, I will be able to purchase a new home. Im super excited!!!

I want to thank Naomi Oney and all the staff at JDB. Naomi went out of her way to help me and I now have a decent dependable vehicle. All the other dealers I went to left me on my feet, no one seemed to care. But everyone at JDB treated me with respect, and everyone was courteous and helpful. Once they get your phone number they constantly text and call you. The Longview location lied to me on the phone about the down payment. Jennifer made an appointment for me to come in, but couldnt bother to be there. She told me on the phone they would work with me on the down payment, but that was a lie. She told me they could get me in a car that day, but that was a lie too. Guess thats why she decided not to show up. I spent the last $10 on a cab to get there because I believed her line of crap. I ended up walking home 2.5 miles. Dont believe anything they tell you and dont waste your time with these people. The fat guy claimed they were different from big dealerships, but they arent.

I am rating this 2 stars bc I am not particularly happy with my experience. Yes, they got me a vehicle when I had nowhere else to go to get one. Yes, they were friendly. But I am paying entirely way too much for the vehicle that I got from them. and when I lost my job they were beyond unhelpful with helping me to lower my payments to make them easier to afford. Not to mention the auto center where they work on the cars. My car has been in that shop 4 or 5 times in the last 2 years & every time I get it back its worse than when I dropped it off. I would not recommend them to anyone. After I pay my car off I will never go back to them for another vehicle.

It was a great experience! I didnt expect much, given that my credit is so bad (thanks to divorce) but I got approved! The payments are what I had planned on anyway, and fit well within my budget. And the van I got? Its VERY nice!! No hunka junka there! Just go early enough in the day because financing does take a bit to get through, but thats because they really do make it work! Edit to add: Naomi was my salesperson, and Belinda is the finance lady. The other reviewers are right, BE HONEST about your situation!! Its only going to hurt YOU in the end if youre not! I was a bit bluntly honest about mine, and still got approved!
