If it were possible to give 0 stars I would. Originally had a 2007 Pontiac G6, the transmission started slipping and I knew it was going to go out soon, so I took it up there and the salesman recommended that I trade it in since I had it almost completely paid off. So I traded it in for a 2007 Dodge Caliber with 124,000 miles. After my financing Im obligated to pay over $17,000 total for it. Which wouldnt be so bad if this car didnt start falling apart two months after I got it. It literally sounds like a jet ski. Transmission is slipping. Cannot keep it aligned properly which causes my tires to bald faster. But heres the best part. It pours BOILING hot water on my feet if I turn my air conditioner on because the heater core started going out immediately after getting it. Ive taken it up there numerous times and they repeatedly say "its just a clog", they "fix it" and two weeks later its leaking again. Its very hazardous to my driving. And puts myself and my 1 year old at a risk. So I cant even use my air conditioner. Im a single mom and cant afford all this maintenance. They dont care though! As long as theyre getting their money! Do not ever buy a car from these snakes. I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy!!

If you want the true car buying experience that makes you dread going car shopping ever again go to AAF fort smith. You will instantly get greated by rude hateful staff that will make you feel like they dont want or need your business; I showed up and had to wait for staff to finish personal conversations and then was treated like an inconvenience for even coming by to inquire about services or purchases. When i expressed that i was looking to possibly do business i was met with "oh, so your not a current customer." and so staff decided to increase the rudeness just to insure i would never conduct any business with them again. There are many other lots that will treat you as a customer like you are a value, AAF fort smith is not one of them.

How is such a poor excuse of a Business even allowed to continue to operate in fort smith, or any town as far as that goes? My Ex bought a car there and 2 months later the door handles are falling off, car is making a horrible noise and wont idle at a low RPM like it should. She has taken it to them with the same issues a couple of times and always gets the same results. They tell her that there is nothing wrong with the car. If a person is considering throwing their money away and buying a car from this shady ass car lot they need to just give their money to me!! They will end up with better results in return. At least I will be honest and tell you That you wont get anything for it.

i dont have a problem with the local office. I have a problem with JTI. I was late on a payment 1 time out of the year I have been with them and they would not waiver my late fee considering it was not even my fault it was late and that I have never been late with them before. They will not work with you for anything and are rude about it too. I will never purchase from them again.

The Front office chicks (Laura and Amanda) are super nice, but the salesman are RUDE! Like I dread going in there every time I make a payment because I cant stand seeing Matt and the other guy. You can tell just by being in there that they are shady! But my car is great! No problems. I heard that I got really lucky because usually they suck.

Horrible service! They get 1 star cause I cant give 0. Lied about the condition of their vehicles, salesman know nothing about cars, office staff acts like their bosses, obviously no accountability for the way they treat people. Do not buy here, youll regret it the first time you you back.

If 0 stars was an option id put that. I got a vehicle from them, or should I say 3 because their vehicles are crap. Most had tranny problems. They seem nice and caring at first but all they want is your money!

This is a very bad place to by a vehicle i went through four from them and they all broke down within a month or two and they always said wat was wrong with it was not covered under the warranty
