AUTO BANK IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF. AFTER YOU PURCHASE A CAR FROM AUTO BANK EMPIRE FINANCIAL(AUTO BANK) WILL SEND YOU A LETTER IN THE MAIL STATING IF YOU DO A REVIEW THEY WILL TAKE $10 OFF YOUR NEXT PAYMENT.ALL OF THESE PEOPLE ONLY DID REVIEWS BECAUSE THEY WANTED TO SAVE MONEY AND PROBABLY DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH OF SENSE TO TELL THE TRUTH ABOUT THIS RIP OFF OF A CAR LOT. MIKE IS A NICE GUY BUT HE THINKS BECAUSE HE IS IN THE HOOD HE CAN RIP OFF PEOPLE THAT ARENT EDUCATED WHEN IT COMES TO CARS, FINANCING AND ETC.I PURCHASED A CAR FROM THEM IN APRIL 2016 ITS NOW NOVEMBER 2016. MY CAR HAS BROKE DOWN ALREADY. THE FIRST WEEK I HAD MY I HAD TO REPLACE THE BATTERY. MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT HAS BEEN ON SINCE APRIL. WHEN I ASKED THE MECHANIC SERGIO WHAT WAS WRING WITH MY CAR HE SAID THAT NOTHING WAS WRONG. I TOOK MY CAR TO AUTO BANK 3 TIMES AND THEY SAID THAT THEY FIXED MY CAR ALL THEY DID WAS CLEAR THE ENGINE SENSOR. THE WHITE MECHANIC TOLD ME THAT THEY NEVER FIXED MY CAR BECAUSE MIKE DID NOT GET THE LIQUID SMOKE SO THEY CAN FIGURE OUT WHATS GOING ON WITH MY CAR. ALL OF THEIR CARS HAVE BEEN WRECKED THAT THEY SALE AND THEY HAVE VERY HIGH MILES ON THE CAR AND THEIR INTEREST RATES ARE TOO HIGH. THE ONLY CERTIFIED MECHANIC IN THEIR IS THE WHITE GUY AND MAYBE SERGIO. THEY HAVE OTHER NON LICENSED MECHANIC WORKING ON PEOPLE. CARS. I ALSO HAD THEM FIX MY AIR AND MY AIR COMES OUT FINE IT NEVER GOES OFF. BEFORE YOU PURCHASE A LEMON FROM AUTO BANK DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THE CAR AND THE ACTUAL VALUE OF THE CAR YOU WANT TO GET. IF YOU DRIVE PAST THE AUTO BANK ON TRUMAN RD YOU WILL SEE CARS IN THE BACK THAT HAVE BEEN WRECKED AND PROBABLY TOTALED OUT BY INSURANCE COMPANYS. HE PROBABLY PAID $1500-$3500 FOR THE CARS AND SELLING THEM ANYWHERE BETWEEN $8000-$15000. THEY ALSO LET ME DRIVE OFF THE LOT AND MY CAR WAS NOT PROPERLY INSURED AND ZACH LIED AND SAID THAT HE VOIDED OUT MY TEMP TAG BECAUSE HE MAD A MISTAKE (NOT MY PROBLEM) STATE FARM ACTUALLY MADE THE ERROR WITH HIM BEING A MANAGER HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN PAYING MORE ATTENTION AND DOING HIS DUE DILIGENCE BETTER. ALSO IF YOU DRIVE PAST AUTO BANK YOU WILL SEE A LOT OF CARS THAT THEY HAVE SOLD IN THE SHOP BECAUSE THEY HAVE BROKEN DOWN. IF YOU NEED A CAR YOUR TRULY BETTER OFF GOING SHAWNEE MISSION KIA, SHAWNEE MISSION FORD. THEY WORK WITH PEOPLE WHO HAVE FILLED BANKRUPTCY, HAD REPOSSESSIONS, BAD CREDIT AND EVEN NO CREDIT OR HAVE HUGE DOWN PAYMENT ABOUT $1500-$2500 AND BUY A CARR FROM A REAL DEALERSHIP MAZDA, TOYOTA, CHEVROLET, KIA AND ETC, NOT SOME RINKY DINK PLACE LIKE AUTO BANK AKA MONEY PIT, RIP OFF NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN OR BETTER OF SUED FOR RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. MI COCHE Se ha roto ya. LA PRIMERA SEMANA QUE TUVO TENÍA QUE REEMPLAZAR LA BATERÍA. MI LUZ DEL MOTOR DE COMPROBACIÓN HA SIDO ENCENDIDO DESDE APRIL. Cuando le pregunté al mecánico SERGIO lo que estaba ardiendo con mi coche, dijo que nada estaba equivocado. TOMÉ MI AUTO BANCO 3 veces y dijeron que fijaron mi coche todo lo que fue claro el sensor de motor. EL MECÁNICO BLANCO ME DIJO QUE NUNCA FIXARON MI COCHE PORQUE MIKE NO CONSEGUÍ EL HUMO LÍQUIDO ASÍ QUE PUEDEN FIGURAR HACIA FUERA QUE ESTÁ CONTINUANDO CON MI COCHE. TODOS SUS COCHES HAN SIDO RECORTADOS QUE VENDEN Y TIENEN MILLAS MUY ALTAS EN EL COCHE Y SUS TASAS DE INTERÉS SON DEMASIADO ALTAS. EL ÚNICO MECÁNICO CERTIFICADO EN SU ES EL INDIVIDUO BLANCO Y MAYO SERGIO.

Auto Bank and Empire Financial are the same entity, and though they claim to be separate, they are not. Whomever the young lady who handles the phone calls for Empire Financial is a particularly vile individual who does not know customer service. I wish I could remember her name. The amount of disrespect that was shown to me just over the phone was completely abhorrent and appalling. Completely and totally unprofessional. I am willing to bet that the good reviews here are fake. They offer to take $10 off of your next car payment if you leave them a good review. What they dont tell you is that while their cars look nice, the vehicles have many issues and are below quality standards. These people do not care about customer service or about providing quality cars. They sell overpriced cars with the hope of tying you into debt, and good luck if something should happen to you financially. The lady who answers the phone at Auto Bank/Empire Financial will threaten you, talk down to you, tell you that you "have an attitude" even while you are crying on the phone or trying to explain that youve fallen onto hardship. These people dont genuinely care about helping others. They care about attempting to tie you into debt, so they can create emotional trauma in hopes of repossessing your vehicle so you can owe them more money. In my opinion, I would steer clear. There are a lot of other buy here pay here places in Kansas City who have compassionate associates who give a damn about their customers. This particular location happens to be on east front street. Dont buy from here.

I had a wonderful car buying experience at this place Michael in Sacra great Ill go after completing my purchase a month later and make you my first car payment come to find out my car has 11 open recalls they failed to take care of before selling me the vehicle and I also found 2 shotgun shells under the bench seat of my vehicle after purchase and all they said to me was go buy a car from a reputable dealer so that being said I will do so I would watch out for this company they will sell their cars at high prices because they know they are the only ones that can get you financed but after the fact youll find out your car is a piece of s*** and you paid a lot more than what its worth thanks I dont think I see you in the new year

Loved everything about E-Z Credit Auto Sales as soon as I got there, the salesmen were not pushy and do not prowl on you like every other dealership. I ended up really liking a Grand Prix, took it for a test drive, filled out some paperwork and I was outta there pretty quickly, only took about an hour and a 1/2 from the time I got there to the time I left with the new ride! I typically do not write reviews on places unless im extremely upset or extremely happy. In this case I am extremely happy and would recommend this place to my closest friends, actually I have and each time I do they give me $50 bucks!!!
