It is disappointing when you have spent thousands over the years with a company such as this one, enroll in a wellness plan for your pet and then get treated like I did. Drop my pet off for dental cleaning, nail trimming, ear cleaning get current on her shots and a bath. Oh thats right they cant walk the dog 20ft to the salon which is inside the building so she can have a bath??? Whatever, go to pick up my dog, ear cleaning hasnt been done, wait 15 minutes go to pay and my check is no good??? I provide ID, second form, offer to pull up my account on my phone and show her there is 6K in there. (oh yeah and the automatic deduction for my wellness plan comes out of this account) All I get is oh and if you dont pay tomorrow we will send you to collections. Nice now that the 4 other people in line have heard this I am a little embarrassed and my 5 month pregnant wife has to drive to the bank after work and then back up to them, because they wont dont take payment over the phone. I am not some new customer who has shady past. I didnt pay with my card because I have a new one on order sorry, Oh yeah and when my dog hurt her leg they suggested a surgery that was unneccessary, a little rest and light exercise and the dog is getting around just fine, I will no longer support a chain like this and would go elsewhere!!

The store is smaller and does not carry everything that a normal size PetSmart would carry. The blond woman that mageges this store is not committed to customer service and seeing tjem return. She was petty telling me that if another manager at another store wanted to choose to give me a higher level of customer service that was his choice but she didnt feel like explaining that to her bosses. This woman does not get customer service. I will be going to the PetSmart out by Vancouver Mall from now on. They carry a full selection and the manager has shown me he cares about my satifation as a customer who comes into his store on a weekly basis and knows how to make that happen.

I bought a retractable leash for my dog at this PetSmart. It failed in less then 6 months and ended up severely cutting my finger. I can in to see if I can exchange it showing the manager there my cut finger. She said that they cannot help me at all as Im past the return policy and that it will hurt their bottom line to do an exchange on the item! Unbelievable horrible service.

Horrible. Most of the associates have close to no idea what theyre talking about, and a few of the cashiers are rude and honestly obnoxious. This is the closest PetSmart to my house and I dont plan to go there ever again. After around 10 bad experiences I have no hope for this store. Hopefully the next PetSmart isnt such a disappointment.

cashiers are very unprofessional. First of all I was waiting for at least 10 min in line even though other workers were walking around but no one opened another registry. Also, cashier didnt say hi or sorry for the wait, so it really made me feel unwelcome. Other than that store looked normal

Store Manager, Connie. Excellent service. Competent, friendly, familiar with products. Willing to go out of her way to assist customers. She is a great asset to this store. Good prices great sales. They appear to carry every product for animals.

I get my dog groomed here and they always do a great job with him. Hes a bit scared of strangers and they make him feel comfortable and secure with them. I also take him to Banfield here and they have a friendly, great staff.

My girlfriend goes here to shop for pet stuff for our cats and nowhere else. She respects their humane practices and follow-up with pet owners to make sure they are not declawing their cats, for one. Kudos on that!

I have gotten all my fishes from here i got the fishes for my beta tank , my 5 gallon tank and my 10 gallon tank. Theres an employee named emmanuele i think thats her name. Shes really helpful

Fast, friendly service with a small town feel. I think this petsmart is a great representation of our community in Hazel Dell. People are friendly, smile at you, and always help if they can.

Got a few toys for my kitten she loves them. They have been keeping her entertained enough to leave stuff shes not supposed to play with alone. Will definitely come back here for more.

The staff is very caring and Dr. Graham is number one in our book. My pets are always happy when I pick them up. So that shows me the staff are taking good care of them.

This is an everyday PetSmart that will provide the basics for your pet. Maybe good, maybe bad, but nothing exceptional here.
