Ive been going to the Wilsonville location at least once a week since it first opened and Ive never seen what some of the reviewers complained about. For the person that lost half of the fish they purchased.....they deserved to be questioned since rarely does an experienced tank owner lose new fish. Ive owned a tank for many years and its nice to see employees care about how the fish will be cared for. The store has always had excellent customer service and check-out at the main registers has always been swift. Ive also used their grooming department and check-in and check-out was never delayed. They do stay extremely busy so a drop-in visit is next to impossible. I no longer use the grooming dept after my groomer left with no notice, plus, I was told they would have to charge more because my dog needed special handling since he would nip at the groomers. (Hes a 26lb PomX). Since I stopped using Petsmart groomers Ive learned the noise and high activity in their grooming dept was too much for my dog, thus causing him to nip. Hes been the perfect client at the new groomers which is a smaller, quieter business nearby.

complete hell. first we go in there on Friday too see if they could fit our dog in for a quick haircut, they said they were slammed so we booked an appointment for later in the week. As we walk out we pick up a few things and head to check out only to find out none of the checkouts are working and long lines of people panicking. after what felt like forever they said they could only check out those with cash. According to one employee this is "common" to happen there. pissed off we return for out appointment with out dog to a huge line of familys in a very very tiny waiting room waiting to get their dogs groomed. the floor was filthy and covered in dog fur and there was no staff there. turned out they had "no idea" where the groomers where and told us they "just dont have time to groom your dog" as two of the girls sat there texting on there phones complaining about going on a break instead of working on any of the dogs in the line. the girl in charge had no idea what she was doing and just rejected everyone with pre made appointments because there staff was all too lazy or ran off. never coming here again.

The other day, I purchased 9 fish from PetSmart. Having had tropical fish for most of my life, I was amazed to learn that the employees disregard that completely and still ask me 1000 questions regarding the quality and size of my aquarium. I realize that the store wants to limit its returned fish and make sure the customer is happy with their purchase, but at the same time, I felt bullied and pushed when I was just trying to buy some fish. At home, 4 out of the 9 fish I purchased died, and I attempted to bring them back to the store for my refund and to replace them, but AGAIN, was faced with a different employee giving me the run-around and the 30 minute instruction on what was wrong with my tank. I ended up leaving the store without purchasing new fish (the dead fish I brought in had been frozen in my freezer for over 1 week), and will never again buy fish at PetSmart for fear of conflict and annoyance with the 1000 questions. Most customers, I imagine, have little or no experience with fish, but I just want to know how I CAN buy fish.

Me and my fiance rescued a Pomeranian from an independent rescue that was stationed at this PetSmart. Weve since gone back three or four times and all of the employees remember us and our dog. Its extremely friendly there and you can tell everyone truly love animals. Recently we took Raizin to get groomed. Brittainy was her groomer and not only did she do a fantastic job, she went through the services beforehand to make sure we have the package we needed. When we picked up Raizin, Brittainy was so enthusiastic and her customer service was fantastic. She gave us future recommendations and why they are important. Im looking forward to having her as our regular groomer.

We brought our dog in today to get groomed, and are just dumbstruck by how amazing the staff there was! Our dog can definitely be a hassle at times, and we have NEVER been able to have her toenails clipped, and ears and tail shaved short. We let the staff know this, and its like the ladies there decided "Challenge accepted!" They groomed every inch of her body perfectly, including ears, tail, and toenails, and i cannot even express how impressed I was with their service! We live in Tacoma WA, but I could easily justify driving all the way to this store again just to get her groomed in the future. Thank you!

Today I took my new puppy in for his first bath at Petsmart. The girl behind the counter, Nicole, was very helpful and informative. SHE KNEW SO MUCH ABOUT DOGS! They got him sparkling clean and they said he was wagging his tail the whole time. Thanks P-Smart!

A nice little store, convenient location, and kind staff. As you might expect prices are a tad high, especially compared to buying online. But if you need anything quick they have a good variety of products and wonderful people in store to help.

First of all they gave my puppy an uneven cut. They also left many mats in his hair. They made it an overall hastle afterwords when we had to finish their job. Terrible is the word that comes to mind of the haircut and dematting.

Always a fun place to take the kids to. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The dog grooming service is fantastic our dog goes in mangy and comes out all proper the kids love to watch.
