Took my 7 month old Yorkie poodle mix to get groomed and the grooming dept was really friendly and helpful. Since it was my puppys first timed getting groomed ever, they suggested to only do like a trim or clean up just to get him used to everything which was nice. So, instead of paying $42 I payed $32 for a "trim" bath brush out and a nail clipping. The only thing that made it a four star experience rather than a five star it when I left, he still had some matts under his belly. Im sure that when we go back, it will go better cause he already experienced it once. Other than this, I really enjoyed it. And he looks great now!!

EVERYONE there was very nice. the vet and vet assistant that came out to get procyon were both laughing. they said they didnt want to look ignorant about his name, which i thought was kinda nice... the vet was knowledgeable and thorough.and explained everything she was doing, then gave me a summation. he is as healthy as a horse... :D got his claws trimmed back down to dog nails. GOOD EXPERIENCE and I TOTALLY recommend this clinic.

Really rude employees. Out of the 4 employees i encountered, only one was nice. I over heard the manager on the phone with an upset customer and said she hung on them and joked with another employee. I will defiantly not going back. Petco was much better help, just less selection. Will be going to petco and amazon from now on.

While they where completely out of Amano Shrimp, they had a good selection of gloFish. They also had a 25% off deal when buying 4. I bought 11 I believe. So far, theyre doing great in my 20 gallon tank!

I was impressed with the training we received for a dog from Quinn. I didnt expect much, but received quality training at a great price! I will be signing up for additional classes.

Im pretty sure the address is incorrect. I called the store to get their business hours, and they gave the address as Hillsboro, Oregon instead of Portland, Oregon.

Nothing too special about this Petsmart. A little understaffed as always. They may give you the stinkeye for price matching to somewhere else.
