I just want to say that all about pets is a fantastic store.; They only carry products that they believe in and have tested, from reputable sources. My import Akita Suzi has has many many issues since she was just a pup, her diet must be all natural and limited ingredients because of her allergies.Asst Manager Charles recommended a new food as Suzi was eating a Duck limited ingredient. I believe she was starting to become allergic to the duck as can happen with poultry.This is a Lamb limited ingredient and Suzi has done fantastic on it, I believe she is thriving on the red meat protein I believe is Better for a northern breed than Duck.Thank you Charles for your knowledge and true care for Suzis health. The rest of the staff are all fantastic and when Suzi and I come in, everyone is so kind and loving. Also the baths on Saturday with proceeds going to ASPCA I believe shows just what kind of store this one is. They understand that that whatever you give back to the community or animals comes back ten fold. A treasure to find after moving from Portland 3 years ago. Thank you Charles and the rest of the wonderful staff, I would name all of you if I knew all of your names!!!!!!!!Bravo.

I wanted to update my review of this location. After speaking to the owner, she was able to fix my issues and replace my sons pump for his tank. We were able to replace my sons fish. I appreciate the owners willingness to work with us and keep in contact throughout the process. I bought my son a fish tank about 30 days ago for his carnival gold fish. Yesterday I noticed the filter had quit working. I went down and asked for a replacement pump. I was told I didnt have a receipt and they would not replace the pump or tank. The person I was dealing with was the one that sold me the tank. She even remembered selling it to me. Ive bought rats there, 100 a month in dog food, and all my fish supplies. My sons fish died last night because the water not being filtered. I sure it suffocated. I think it is horrible for them to look a 10 year old in the eye knowing the sold him the tank and tell him we arent helping you because you dont have a receipt. I will never shop here again. They lost all my future business for animal purchases and about $1200 a year in dog food sales. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone anymore.

As the owner of Ultimate Health For Dogs, a company that makes Liquid Dog Vitamins Formula, we are always looking for a new place to have our premium product made available to the public. This past weekend we were assisting at a vendor booth, MT Pets during the Rose City Classic Dog Show in Portland, OR. I started talked to two women who just went on and on about how great this holistic dog store is for them. Having just called there and spoken with Asst. Mgr. Charles, he verified why this is such a great store. The two ladies had already been in telling him about our product. This store has seasoned employees who have all been there at least 2 years. Try finding that in a big box store. Charles was most kind and very well informed. We look forward to doing business with them.

I love this pet store! All of the critters and fish are so loved and their critter houses are clean. I get great advice and customer service. Even the other customers and their pets are friendly. I regularly get bulk bin dog cookies and other delicious treats. As a lover of bettas, they have a variety of types in clean water, and are healthy. (Dont get me started on betta rights! Spend the extra on a tank over 2 gallons with a heater temp of 75-82 degrees. Temperature plays a huge part of their perkiness!) Bettas are feisty, social with their people, active, and are warm water fish with large territories in the wild. I have 4 betta tanks running with bettas from All About Pets. All of them are healthy and happy.

The folks here really understand the meaning of customer service. Whether Ive been there on a weekday evening or a busy Saturday, Ive been made to feel as though Im the only customer. Theyre knowledgeable and helpful, making suggestions without being pushy, and they carry a great variety of premium foods. I really love this store!

Im getting started with setting up a freshwater fish tank. I went to All About Pets for assistance and was greeted right away, shown around, and given all the information that I would need in order to set up the tank accordingly. I was very happy with my service and I plan on going back to buy the rest of the goodies for my tank.

Every time I go to All About Pets I have experienced friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. There selection is excellent. While browsing there I have found products for my dogs there which I didnt know existed. It is my go-to store for all the needs of my dogs, mice and lizards.

Very knowledgeable staff, these guys will save you vet bills. If its not a pet emergency, go here for what ails your furry friends. Many holistic options to get your 4 legged Palls felling better. My 2 legged kids love the fish tanks and little critter cages.
