I really wanted to send the professionals at Pet Pros a big thank you for assisting a beginner dog caretaker with finding the perfect harness and leash for our day together. I have recently become a "step mother" to a beautiful 12 year old golden retriever and felt over my head when I first walked in. Fearing Id be judged for my lack of knowledge I grabbed the first leash I saw and went to walk to the counter when I was approached by a caring gentleman who walked me through my best options for my needs without judgment! The best part was when he invited me to bring her in from the car and fitted her into her new harness and leash so we were set to walk out the door and get on our adventure for the day! Kuddos. Thank you. You better believe Ill see you soon for some homemade lamb popcicles.

Pet Pros is where I go for my regular kitty needs. Though this location is rather small, they pack quite a bit inside so that you have a decent variety of items to choose from. The store is well organized, clean, and easy to navigate. Every employee that has helped me here has been friendly and courteous. They have always asked me if I need any help and are ready to assist when needed. The prices here are pretty average compared to other stores larger and smaller. You wont necessarily get any great deals all the time, but you wont get ripped off either. I regularly buy litter and food for my cats here as they do offer a great selection of hypoallergenic pet supplies and brands that are hard to find elsewhere. Overall I like Pet Pros and will continue to give them my business.

Quality selection, friendly and helpful staff. They didnt have the size we needed in a halter for our dog and they were very helpful in getting one in and letting me know when it was available.
