I purchased a hampster from this store about a week ago, when we looked picked her out the person that sold her to us starting telling us about wet tail . We brought her home and after having her for a day she showed signs of wet tail. We took her back and no one seemed to know what they where doing when it came to hampsters, in fact the first person we talked to asked if we wanted to keep her or not. They took her to the vet the same day and never called to tell us if it was wet tail or not and how long they would keep her for, they will be keeping her for 10 days. Make sure you keep any eye out for wet tail in hampsters you get from here.

I do not recommend buying your fish here. This was our first time, and the tanks looked very dirty. We ended up getting two Cory catfish, and when she went to get them out, two of the corys in the tank were dead. We said that we were worried the other two were sick, and she said it was fine. Got home, and within two hours one of the fish was dead. I returned him, and the next morning the other fish was dead. It has been quite a long time since Ive had a fish died after being purchased, and to have both from the same store die within hours of each other? I recommend petsmart down the street, or world of wet pets instead.

Staff is friendly and helpful, Ive only had to make one return and it was very hassle free. The great point to me though is the grooming. My dog hates going to the groomers and she takes a long time to warm up to people but she seems to really like the groomers here and she always looks great. The grooming department has a lot of technical issues with their computer freezing, which isnt their fault, but just know that it might take a while making an appointment or getting your receipt while everyone waits for it to start working again.

Do not buy fish from this store. I bought a pleco 2 days ago and it died within 24 hours and today 4 of our other fish weve had since Christmas 2016 died suddenly. We are frustrated as this is not the first time this has happened but we werent sure it was the fish that caused it the first time. Now we definitely know its their fish. 2 of our very nice fish died & Im not happy about it. 2 more remain and if they die it will be very unfortunate.

I have purchased several hamsters (Syrian, or "teddy bear") from this location over the past ten years, and all of them have been healthy, happy, and well-socialized pets. Great selection of dog/cat foods, which makes feeding pets with diet problems a bit easier to deal with.

Penguin Community

Very helpful employees. They helped me get two gerbil women who were accustomed to each other. Also picked up some chew treats. Two green Alfa-rolls (puffed rice wrapped around hay) were only $1.99. Naomi and Justice are very happy in their new home.

Brandy did an amazing job! My dog is a 8 year old Bichon and I am very particular about how he is groomed. Brandy did a perfect job.:)
