Made an appointment. Showed up as specified and was told oh your on the schedule for tomorrow. Umm no I scheduled it for today. They said oh we had a groomer call in sick today so we dont have time to do it today. In other words you groomer called in sick (it happens) and you didnt call to reschedule. You just moved me to the next day. Well that dosent fly with me Ill take my business, $, and recommendations elsewhere. I wont be back. Im normally a pretty easy person to please, all I ask is you dont waist my time.

Bought a $400 green cheeked conure from this location. They said they have a 30 day return policy. 6 days past the 30 days I wake up to find my normally very happy bird...DEAD. Devastatingly we called and talked to a manager. He told us he cant do Anything. After 30 days that rules out diseases and sicknesses. He DID NOT care that my normal, happy bird keeled over. So much for customer service. I will NOT BE shopping here again.

As a public facing establishment you should have more customer friendly practices when in comes to your lost and found items. My three year old son lost his favorite blanket at the store on Wednesday night. Not even 36 hours later they had thrown it away. Its our fault that it went missing as we didnt notice until late last night, but it is really dissapointing that they dont have more concern for their guests belongings.

Always Friendly, always helpful. I like the wide variety of dog foods they have for my dog. The other great thing about this store is the many years it sponsored Iris Festival in Keizer, OR Pet event to raise funds for the Keizer K-9 unit. Im sorry they have since stopped that sponsorship. Prices could be better. But... As long as they keep carrying my dogs food, convenience keeps me coming back.

They lie i bought my dog treats that look like and smell like human cookies at 5.99 lbs i was suprised by the price but i went to winco bought the same cookie for humans and sadly I tasted both and their was no difference so iam 100 percent sure they buy plain human cookies and then charge 120 percentage more cause they think we are completely stupid. But you make the your own opinion but fk them

Groomers at this store are very patient with their customers dogs. I have 2 very large Borzois. The male screems and crys when getting nails clipped. They are very gentle and they make sure the schedule has more than one groomer to do a 10.00 nail clipping. To me thats why we are faithful and return monthly.

They need to improve their small animal selection and be more clear on which days their vet clinic is available. At this point I still find myself having to go to the store on Lancaster, as well as having to go to petsmart.

Very poor customer service I called to complain but it was the manager that was the rude person that delt with me. I felt attacked by her and her attitude the moment I walked in. Wrong way to treat other people! Wont be back

Was amazed when I walked in, absolutly Love the layout of the store, was nice and clean, staff looked happy and store was stocked. Got help with what I needed and had some personalized help with lighting for my pets:)

Starting a small fish aquarium and asked for advice. Petco ended up selling us incompatible fish with vastly different PH level requirements. Should have done more research on my own first!

Staff is not friendly what so ever and there crickets are stupidly expensive. They have pre-packaged worms and crickets that were half dead.. not impressed and will not be coming back
