I have been a customer for a few years. Darla, the owner, is very good at identifying the products that fit the needs of my pets. Tony has been great to work with also. The medium sized store is perfect for anyone who wants to park near the front door and find everything they need. This is the best pet store I have found in Salem.

I started going here because it was close. I have been very happy with them. I have asked for help several times and they provided some much appreciated advice. They are always happy to help and very pleasant to talk with. It is a small store but they seem to have everything needed to care for my pets. I love it here.

Super friendly staff! Theyve always been great and willing to help and make sure we get what were looking for. If they dont have something always ask. Theyve ordered things in for us multiple times when they didnt have it in the store.
