I was shopping here but dont think I will anymore. I came to this store at 940 am and realized they didnt open till 10 so I sat in the parking lot until 10:10 and they still were not open. So I went to a different pet store who carried my pet food because most places dont carry the brand I use and this other pet store called Pacific Pets and this was about 10:30 and still no one was answering. I cant shop some place that cant be reliable.

This pet store has come a long way since opening a few years ago! They are always bringing in more of the best quality products. If you want top of the line pet supplies that arent in the big box store, then this is a store for you. And if they dont have it they will order it for you. I like the good old fashioned small business approach...coupled with great prices and free samples, the place rocks!

I drove here today, to check this place out. I heard they had fish. It seems the fish are gone, and its mostly just high quality food, and pet gear. Im sad to hear that, I really was curious what sort of fish gear they could pack in this place. It was well kept when I looked around :)

Great service and selection. We only buy our kids stuff from Pacific Pets. We have a Blue Heeler and a little orange kitty and they are always welcome in the store when we shop too. The rewards on food definitely is a perk for loyal shopping!

We always go here to get our beagle his food and treats, not only does it feel good to shop at a locally owned store, theyre super friendly here and they have good food you cant find at your typical grocery stores or pet stores.

These guys hustle! They are SO helpful and take great care of the customers. They also do special orders. I came looking for a small orthopedic dog bed and some stairs and they are looking to order what I needed.

Good prices, but they need to work on keeping the raw foods in stock. Too many times I have had to make a run to Mudbay because the brand I wanted was out of stock.
