What can I say? I worked here and shop here. I dont think you are going to get a better perspective. Working here: Derick is a great boss, always striving to better his store and employees. Pays well, treats you well. He likes to keep OJ and cold water in the back fridge for employees. Doesnt get upset and yell, very down to earth. Jesse is the manager here, very much like Derrick he pushes to better the store and treats employees great. If you are a slacker, dont apply here! Shopping here: The management and employees do a great job keeping the prices below all other retail stores. Im confident to say ALL because they will price match competitors as long as you show reasonable proof. The store is clean and the animals are very well cared for. Derick knows his fish very well and has a great filtration system in place. THEY DO NOT HAVE PUPPIES! As they shouldnt... Adoption is always a better option. Store is swept 2 times daily and mopped once. (more if needed) This store has been around for a long time and I think we will see it for a lot longer. Support local!

Love how a place I came to since when I was a little child has also grown yet still this place kept the wholesome qualities it has always represented to provide everything ones animal could possible need. I havent been here for several years recently moving back from WA so the expansion was a delightful welcomed surprise.

I just read the story about the puppy that escaped from the store & was rescued by a Tri-Met bus driver. The fact that the store manager elected to let the puppy stay with his new owner, without charging him, says a lot about this establishment and the fact that they obviously care for the animals they sell. Good job!

Outstanding. i order 1k crickets weekly as well as buy ALL my accesories through the feed store. nicest guys in the business, theyd.give the shirt on their back to assure a great experience. prices so low your head will spin.

Ive been here a few times now. If you know what your looking for, this place is very convenient for people living in forest grove. However, if your just trying to get a feel for things, this store can be a bit overwhelming.

Ive been shopping at the Farm store for a few years. They offer excellent customer service, competative pricing and if they dont have it, they can get it.I always feel well taken care of at the Farm & Garden store.
