If I could give a negative star, I would! I do want to clarify that this review is only for a very rude employee who works there, not for the entire store. We have a dog and two cats, which makes us regulars at this place. We send our dog there to be groomed quite often and have always had pleasant experience. This morning, we had a 9am appointment. I got there early as usual because checking in takes time and I have to go to work after dropping her off. This very rude lady "Kathy" rolled her eyes at me and said "It is only 8:36! They wont open until a couple of minutes before 9!" This is all fine. So I told her that I would wait. A guy who works there heard our conversation and walked up to me after she left to apologize. We exchanged some friendly comments. He told me that because its summer, theres less traffic. I told him that I understood. You wont believe what happened next! So the same rude lady heard us talking. She interrupted our conversation and asked me why I was talking to the guy and basically said "Didnt I already tell you to wait?!" Keep in mind that it was about 8:45 in the morning. There was one other customer in the store. They were not busy at all. But she sounded like I was keep the guy from getting back to work! So we stopped talking and I continued to wait. The only other customer in the store came up to us, pet my dog, and fed her some treats she just bought for her dog. My dog liked it. So I went and got those treats thinking I could pay for them while I was waiting. No! No one was there to help me! I waited until a couple of minutes before 9 and left the store. Kathy was obviously glad to see me leave. Asked my dogs name and never said anything else! If my appointment is at 9, shouldnt I expect someone to be there a couple of minutes before 9? What I find very disturbing was the attitude of this particular employee, Kathy. I hope she is just having a bad day today! 07/14/2016

The staff in the Banfield Pet Hospital are amazing. They are friendly, empathetic, and knowledgeable. They have always treated us with respect and concern, and they know us by name and greet us with smiles. In addition, the staff are not divided into "the good ones" and "the rest" - each of them exhibit quality skills and "bedside manner" that make me feel confident regardless of whos on duty when we arrive. I am glad to have such service available nearby.

Always go there great staff and they got banfield hospital inside a grooming section and all you need for setting up a fish tank, or getting a dog, a cat, they even have reptiles and birds and off course everything that all those animals need are sold there. Staff are Kind and quick to help customers.

Girl that works up front (cashier) Has absolutely no experience, you can tell she could care less to be there. Knows nothing about products, if they have them, or where they are? Back to mini pet mart. I gave this place multiple chances! Stay local folks!

My sweet kitty died about 2 weeks ago. Before he died, I bought most of his food at Petsmart. Tonight we went into the Willamette St location to look at kitties. The staff was rude. Extremely rude. Ill never go in there again.

I had a hamster and it got sick and petco did not care so it died but later we found out that petsmart knew what to do thanks to petco my hamster is dead. And know I have healthy pets

Ive had nothing but excellent service and politeness! From meal worms and chickens to dogs and cats they are knowledgeable and caring. Havent had a question they couldnt answer.

Very convenient for your pet needs and Banfield pet hospital is located in the store. The staff at Banfield are really good with your pets and I highly recommend them.

The people who work at PetSmart are always very nice. We take our dog there for his nails. My daughter takes her dog their for obedience classes. I like them.

Nice location and service, but they have got to narrow the products down. Nowhere needs this much nonsense. Neatly organized clutter on shelves.
